Been going here for almost 3 months now. I found them on Google because I wanted to start cycling again and I came across this gym. It has been an exceptional experience. If you are looking for a personal gym where you matter. This is the one. Berta is such a sweetheart and knows exactly what she's doing. I've tried pretty much every gym around my area lol and this is the only one I've been able to fully commit to. The protein shakes are so good and fulfilling too. I started going to this gym to join Gina's class which turned out to be AMAZING!! My body transformed so much and I couldn't be happier with the results. She's a great trainer/instructor who knows how to keep you motivated, focused, and have fun through the sweat. Although it was a group setting, I felt like I was training one on one with her during class. She corrects your form if needed, more than happy to be that extra voice to push you that extra mile, and makes sure you stay on track to reach your fitness goal(s). I highly recommend joining and taking her classes. You won't regret it! I have been going here for about two years now and I love it! I have always been committed to Gina's HIIT class, but I have also tried many different classes. The variety of classes provided at TPC are unique in their own way, and I really believe that this gym is truly a GEM. TPC always tries to give back to the community through whichever way possible. Bertha (the owner) always tries to provide the best work-outs possible! Bertha is always trying to help clients by providing challenges for all the clients at the gym. Gina's HIIT class is AMAZING. Although it is a class, Gina is really great about modifying exercises so that clients of all abilities can join in on the fun. She makes me feel as if it is personal training by making sure that I am using the appropriate weights/bands/tools. The class itself is no joke though! Gina keeps the class interesting by always keeping the routine different. Never have I had the exact workout twice! She even goes above and beyond to keep client morale high. I've been doing the HIIT class with Gina at TPC for about four months now and I could not have asked for a better workout! As someone who's never liked working out, going to big "corporate" gyms has always turned me off, but I feel so welcomed and at-home each time I walk in. This gym is a great little gem in the area of PSN. I sTarted going to this gym and joined Gina's HIIT class and made a lifestyle change and Gina really helped me kickstart that. Although it is a class, Gina really gives you that 'personal trainer' feel. What I really loved is Gina always switches up the workouts so nothing is ever repertory. As I went through my weight loss journey Gina continued to push me but always making sure I was doing the exercises correct. I used to go here religously a couple of years back. The spinning classes are awesome! Better than most of the bigger gyms out there. The weight trainning classes with Bertha are awesome too! Although it became a little to bit over priced for being basically "just a spinning gym". It hard to attend this gym if you have a busy lfe style, but if your a stay at home mom with a babysitter available at all times then its a perfect gym for you. If your looking for a gym that open a bit later that has options to work out on your own if you can't make it to a class but also has great spinning classes try Shula's in Miami Lakes. I first stumbled into TPC one day a little over 2 and a half years ago. My son was about 7 months old and my daughter was almost 4. For years, even though I was a stay at home mom, and should have had the time to exercise, I had been unable to workout at a gym! I had an LA Fitness membership, but every single time I attempted a workout with my daughter, I was paged within minutes. When my son was born, and my daughter was already attending pre school in the mornings, I tried going with the baby. One time, I was pulled off my machine only to find out that they were looking for a different baby's mom... In any case, I walked into TPC and was greeted by Bertha. I figured I would try a spinning class. The kids were fine. No one pulled me out of class and I got my first real workout completed in years! The next morning, I tried the weights class. I loved it! My kids were happy and I was hooked. Within weeks, I saw amazing results! Within a couple of months, I was in the best shape of my life. While the kids club is small, there are usually very few children there. The staff is wonderful & attentive to the children! Another big plus is that they make delicious protein shakes. I found myself having one every day and that kept me from running around starving and later making a poor choice out of hunger! It is a nice feeling to be able to sign up for spinning a week in advance. Your bike will be there waiting for you without the need for a ticket or a long line. The weight classes guide you thru all the traditional weight training exercises for all body parts in a group setting. I found this part to be very motivational as well. The majority of the ladies in the morning classes work very hard and look fantastic. I found myself pushing further to keep up! Working out here does tend to consume your entire morning, so it is a bit of a challenge if you are pressed for time. The latest addition to TPC, Trevor's classes, are a lot of fun and very challenging! I hope to be able to fit more classes into my schedule in the near future, but in any case, even when I cannot attend regularly, I still find myself popping in occasionally. I really like that I can just walk in and pay for the one day if that is what happens to fit my schedule at the moment. read more

I just recently became a member at TPC, but have to say this place is great! There is a close-knit family vibe between the members and trainers. They are currently revamping the facility and have implemented new classes, upgraded the juice bar (Fuel Cafe), and modified their website to sign up for memberships/register for classes online. Let me start by saying that if you want an intense and incredible workout this is the place to come. I have been going to The Perfect Circle for the past 18 years and it has been and continues to be the best experience not only for the workout but for the continued commitment and motivation from the trainers, Bertha (owner), Millie and Javier. Horrible!!!!! I went with a friend to try it out. Needless to say we tried calling but there was no number on the website. My friend emailed and a day later received the email reply. They told her to drop by to try the gym. There was never a mentioned that a bike needed to be reserved. When we got there they took more than 15 minutes to acknowledge that we were there. Once the guy behind the counter acknowledge us and we let him know what we "needed" he asked if we reserved a bike. We said no. He said Bertha/Berta would come talk to us. She eventually came out and said that we needed to reserve a bike. My friend mentioned that she had emailed her but she never mentioned we had to reserve a bike, he reply I meant "come by to see it not try it." who goes to a gym to see it and not try it. Before we left she mentions you can reserve a bike today for another day but if you don't show up you lose the rights to try the class. At this point, i felt like telling her where to shove her gym and bikes, but I refrained. She obviously doesn't need our service, she has plenty. However she needs a lesson in good business practices regardless if you need new members or not. Needless to say I will not recommend this place and if anyone asks I will be sharing my nasty experience. read more
