This "care-giver" specifically closes the window when you are standing at it, then she does work to try and not meet your eyes. Should i talk about the bathroom and how it had fecal matter all over it when I had to use it for a urine test? If you do have to use them, try and use rhinebeck at least they answer the phone there. I really fail to see how their automated system to take messages only works after 9am. If it's an automated system, that says to call back at 9, why in the world can't it take messages before 9 if they won't give you a person when they open? Oh, and how many times have i called in for a prescription ot be filled and had to physically go in and wait until i saw them call it in? Sure the people are knowledgeable when you actually get someone to help you, but i'm wondering how many HIPPAA violations this place has had if they can't even return a phone call?
