For those who aren't looking for a quick fix--a magic pill to shed some pounds or alleviate a specific issue--Dr. Granirer offers something different. He's a biohacker in the true sense of the word. After discovering Chris Kresser, I was fortunate to find Dr. Granirer, who is, without a doubt, another gem in this field. Admittedly, I approached my first visit with skepticism. It's hard not to, considering the barrage of conventional medical advice we're constantly exposed to. But the results? They speak for themselves. Yes, it took time--around five months, to be precise--but the improvements were undeniable. Strict adherence to his protocols isn't easy, but the payoff is worth it. Your quality of life improves in ways you didn't think possible. Dealing with hair loss? Depression? Skin rashes? My own journey has been nothing short of remarkable. My blood tests show that I'm healthier now than I was a decade ago. The path Dr. Granirer sets out isn't for everyone. The first few months while you adjust might be intimidating (take this, don't take that, day, morning, evening) but once you settle in, everything will became very easy to follow like brushing teeth in the morning. It demands commitment and a willingness to adjust your lifestyle. But for those willing to invest in their health, the rewards are substantial and transformative. All based on vitamins and herbs. Some of which you might never heard of. Bio-haker. Telling you.

When the student is ready, the teacher appears :) I have been living with chronic illness and some significant injuries for decades. In working with excellent chiroprators for 10 years, my overall health and specific areas of concern have gotten markedly better. Dr Marc leveraged this work and Really helped me make relatively quick turns: - A giant positive shift in my overall health & energy: ability to work, move & play, More! - More comfort, ease and usability in my lower back/ hips, knees and shoulders. - Shifts in my posture to look, feel, and be more operationally useful - shifts I wanted, but hadn't been able to make. - As well as amazing soul shifts into a more consistently delicious inner-expereince - more bliss, light, love... which is of course Golden. . The first thing I noticed about Dr Marc was his amazing generosity and open-heartedness, while helping me feel safe with comfortable boundaries. He really gives 200% on a regular basis! Eventually I realized the depth and breadth of his work - and trusted him to help me allow shift in some very tender areas - places in my body (deeply emotional with tauama & also abuse) that I've experienced as painful and vulnerable for many decades. I am very grateful for his contribution to my life, and for the healing presence he is in our world. _ Wendy

Haven't been a customer of Dr. Jay for over 20 years I switched to his brother when Jay retired. As I always did with Dr. Jay, I walked in to see the doctor spoke to the woman at the front desk and then had a seat. For sitting in the waiting room she proceeds to tell A patient who is checking out how "this guy just walked in... I hate walk-ins". Not being able to believe what I had just heard I said to her "would you like me to walk out" and she replied I don't care... You do this all the time. She then began arguing with me about it claiming how she told me she does not except walk in's. No I'm not a genius but I do have a relatively somewhat functioning brain and I know for a fact had someone told me they do not except walkins I would not have driven all the way up to Kingston to "walk in". Dr. Marc came out while we were going back-and-forth and she says to the doctor "this guy wants to talk to you about me" the doctor looked at me and then laughed kind of nervously and walked back into the back offices. The woman continue to carry on now starting with me about my insurance company telling me that they are not paying the bill...... I have excellent insurance and my deductible has been met so I asked her to please give me a copy of whatever they sent her declining payment so I can forward it to the insurance company. She refused (because the claim she put in was only about a month old and I know it takes longer than that to pay these things out) but she continued yelling screamed at me that she doesn't want to argue with me and then told me to leave. I can only assume this woman must be a relative or maybe married to the doctor because I don't understand how anybody would keep such an unprofessional, rude and condescending woman employed. I honestly thought she might be insane and the doctor was doing her a favor by keeping her working. Long story short... I will never return to this office again.... It's so sad because Dr. Marc is excellent and Dr. Jay was the best. I will not however subject myself to being treated like this ever again. It's very sad.
