Beware. Your health concerns are not considered here. The nurses are not well trained to where they will poke your veins multiple times leaving you bruised and possible vein scarring. This not only happened to me, but also to my mom and the lady next to me. We all had multiple attempts by the nurse. Horrible. I called to make an appointment for a consultation and the representative was unable to answer my questions about how the program is medically medical supervised and content of compounded medication. It was such an unprofessional presentation with lack of information and knowledge. Maybe it's different when talking with the nurse practitioner but the representative was so ill informed, it didn't make me want to pursue the program. read more

I started my weight loss journey on 12/06/2023. I received my medication in the mail. I started with the .05 which didn't do anything. The following week was .10 for the next 3 weeks. I felt no difference or lost any weight. On 01/10/24 I got my new medication with a higher dosage, which half wasted out because the pens are so confusing. I called and asked for prefilled needles instead, because of the difficulty with the pen. I was told, that I was shown how to do it on FaceTime last time.
