He showed me how to do specific exercises for this condition and printed them out so I could continue to do it at home. I have been discharged at my request only because I gained the knowledge I needed to continue on my own. I already have experienced improvement in my condition. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. I would go to this facility again. The only downside, if I am forced to give one would be the parking. Their office seems quite popular so finding parking close to the door can be challenging.

You are greeted by a very nice receptionist who seems like she never has a bad day! Backtracking slightly, this is part of a chain so you go through a system to get your appointment. The app is a little clumsy to use in the beginning. Like most healthcare these days you feel like a number. But once you get in the very capable hands of your physical therapist (mine was Norma) you're given a great assessment. In fact Norma really impressed me as she paid great attention to detail, was on top of everything going on around her and balanced multiple clients along with her technician. She never missed a beat! She even brings the fun with themed activities. It seems like a tight knit family. I have a feeling the technician who worked with me after Norma may have been in training as the same attention to detail was not quite maintained. The great news is I recovered quickly from my injury and didn't need to use all the visits I was eligible for. Happy to be back on my feet and pain free.

After working with her for an hour each Saturday for the past 5 years now, she is now caught up to kiss her age, there is only a slight delay and she loves coming. We use the mission valley office for the speech and the office is really clean and lots of space. When you walk in you are created by first name and they talk to the kids in a first name basis also. The OT gym in mission valley is huge and also has been a god send to my daughter as she also spends a hour a week there for the past year almost they have a gross motor room and fine motor room. Everyone is very patient and works on the kids level and gives them just enough push to keep them going and trying and they give lots of praises. The santee office has been open for a few months and we love it. We mainly use this office for OT and the space is huge. The fine motor rooms are nice and quite and the ways they use to teach the kids is amazing. It is ways that they remember in class and home also. Thank you everyone :)
