So, this one was tough for me to rate. So I'll start with the good. I've been coming here over the last couple of years. Any time I do not feel well the cold and flu IV bag plus a B12 shot seems to snap me back to normal. It's absolutely amazing to be able to get back to work quickly and feel better. So I highly recommend it if you're starting to feel sick or trying to recover. Now the bad part. Their "membership" is not very customer friendly. It's super vague on how your monthly membership is used towards services if you build up credit. Also if you have credits and you cancel the monthly membership you can't use them, which is absolutely ridiculous. The transparency here is pretty bad. I wouldn't do the membership unless you absolutely plan on going every month for at least 1 IV bag and be on the ball about canceling. read more

Absolutely LOVED this place, and wish I was rolling in money so that I could be a member and come back her to bathe in all the perks of what this business offers. Anywhere from Botox and beauty, to allergy shots, hydration, blood draws, vitamin shots, foot baths for alkaline restoration in the body, and literally SO much more. EXPERIENCE : came in for a blood draw and the experience was super relaxing, easy, and quick. The staff here is awesome and all were nothing but generous, kind, and attentive to any questions I had or help I needed. I also got a water or sparkling water while I waited which I love! They were super helpful with making adjustments to things so it was most affordable for me and ensuring that I was aware of prices before I was just charged or had to pay something and didn't realize the end amount. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE : Can't say enough good about the service here!! These ladies are so genuinely kind and helpful, and I felt so cared for by them. Felicia and Casey are outstanding and you can clearly tell their kindness alone keeps them successful! Awesome people. The atmosphere was so clean, open, and bright. The air felt pure and overall I just felt better walking in. Keep in mind most things are in one room, so you're around other people if they come in. However, if that's uncomfortable for you they also do home visits, so fear not!! Hope I can come back someday to get some more things done, they are my favorite! read more

There are also a wide selection of add ons to your IV bag, injections, Botox, oxygen therapy bar, Botox, detox foot bath, lab testing, and so much more! I drank too much the previous night and what usually worked for me when this happens was not working (extra sleep, lemon water). So I thought I'd give this place a try. It did help. I know have terrible veins and most nurses usually have to stick me a couple of times. The lady I had was great and was able to get my vein the first time. WELLNESS ALERT ALERT!! An for all you out there that get hungover easily boy oh boy do I have the place for y'all to get your life back! I started going to Live Spa at their first location off of 96th st about a year ago an it was a complete game change. I'm lucky cuz I don't get hangovers easily but what I do get is sick easily so not a cool situation. I started doing cold/flu mixes an it's changed my life. Before I go on a trip w friends or during cold an flu season I try to get in at the minimum monthly for an IV cocktail is what I like to call them an I'm telling you what it's been a complete an utter game changer. Gone are the days of dehydration an I'll be the first to admit as the girls w tell you I'm not a needle guy but they are so amazing just know you are in good hands. They just opened a second location at shops at legacy an let me tell you it rocks too. Lori, Casey an team are amazing an you feel at home comfortable an it's super clean. I was just in yesterday for a two bag cocktail an know w out a doubt it has prevented me from catching a ton of the crap out there right now as well as keep me incredibly hydrated.
