I was previously seeing endocrinologists who refused to even test anything but my TSH, and when I asked - they refused to test t3, reverse t3 and thyroid antibodies. I was symptomatic, feeling puffy and lethargic-a common symptom of low thyroid hormone. Doctors have told me to eat less and exercise more. I was already exercising 2-3 hours a day and eating a low carb vegan diet! Michelle actually listened to me and noted my symptoms.
