All were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Look, if I have to go somewhere 3 times a week for an hour I would like it to be sort of enjoyable. The staff were all very accommodating. If I had to cancel because of the weather, they understood and would try to work a reschedule as soon as possible. It is true, what they say, if you are hurting more after PT than before you went in, you aren't doing it right. Listen to the people here, they know what they are talking about. I did the work there and at home and I am almost back to normal after a short 4 months after surgery! Added bonus! They are within hobbling distance to some of the great places in Blackstone!

While the therapists have changed on occasion, all have been very motivating and professional while remaining friendly. The general staff treats the patient's family like their family. Kerri, the receptionist, has gone out of her way to help us deal with the intricacies of insurance, doctors' prescriptions, rescheduling appointments, etc. Because this particular location is housed inside Pinnacle Fitness Center, we are able during appointments to use the pool and fitness equipment when the prescription allows. It is clean, well run and staffed, and the entire staff is knowledgeable. We both have needed physical therapy following injuries or surgeries. This is the only place we go in Omaha. We would not consider any place else.

I have hEDS; which makes me difficult to do PT. I've tried a lot of different things so far while here and haven't had a bad experience yet. All of the staff has been kind to me and they've been understand when I had to cancel last minute due to illness. I don't think I will "get better", but she might help me keep my condition from getting worse. Oh and they have a dog named Zeke that roams the office. Just be aware of that if you have allergies.

The staff was really nice, supportive, comforting and helpful. They treated my grandparents really well and made my family feel welcome. They would bring us carts of beverages and snacks and they let my mom and aunt stay overnight with my grandma. The staff really seemed like they genuinely cared about us and helped make my grandma as comfortable as possible. They have an ice cream parlor and they allowed my whole family to get ice cream. And we all played bingo in the dining area with my grandpa. There is a sheet they hand out daily listing all the different activities and meals for the day. They have movie nights, bingo, singers, nail salon days and other things to do. There's also a barber shop where my grandpa was able to get his haircut. Overall, I was really impressed with all the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The only thing I'd say that I can see needs an improvement are the rooms. They could use a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, shower tiles, little things like that. And we had trouble with the power on my grandmas bed, with being able to move it up and down. But I think this facility has what matters most, great caregivers, and I appreciate everyone for showing us all care and compassion during such a hard time.

The OM Holistic Clinic provides physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, reiki, aromatherapy, and many other alternative therapies. Being less traditional than many of her peers we decided that a more spiritual place would be more in line with representing her soul. OM Center stepped up and was more than happy to help. Much more fair in price than $750 the funeral home wanted and we were even allowed to bring in our own food. When we arrived we noted the gentle storefront and soothing tea area, but what struck me the most was the spacious area that was hosting the private event. At our disposal that night was a full size kitchen with large Stainless Steel appliances, a large counter/bar area for serving, linens, tables, and chairs. I was able to tweak the lighting to showcase what I wanted to and it really felt perfect. I know I was being looked upon with smiles from wherever Momma is hanging out these days. A large showing of old friends, family, co-workers and neighbors came to celebrate and there was enough room and warmth for us all. I looked at a few yoga classes around my hotel and landed on "community acupuncture" as my self care of choice today. This was my first acupuncture experience and I enjoyed it. I ended up being the only person for community acupuncture but I think with other people, it still would have been a great introduction. Janice took amazing care of me (she mentioned the new moon which was something I was thinking about). She took great care of me and I truly enjoyed this experience of reflecting and some release (i shed a few tears during the "session") I came feeling chaotic and worried, I left feeling more centered and cared for. If youre new to acupuncture, I would recommend Janice and the community acupuncture. It's all going to be okay. Now put some needles in my ears.

I'm not the kind of person who can do headstands in a regular yoga class but she had both my friend and I doing full inversions by the end of the class.
