This little community center seems to have a lot to offer: - The playground is a lot of fun- both our kids, ages 4 & 7, loved it! A well-kept wooden playground with swings (3 regular & 1 baby swing), a seesaw, a tire swing, and a big plastic sea monster for climbing. - Short paved walking loop with some benches, picnic tables and grill, and 1 of those little exercise stops and a creek flowing by (great for kids to splash around in!) - Large grassy field - Basketball court (half court) - Community garden - Large picnic table area with covered pavilion - Leashed dogs allowed (please pick up after them - there are poop bags along the sidewalk) The community center appears to be closed right now and I haven't checked out the website yet but there's a board with some info by the playground. It seems like they offer yoga classes (Free maybe? Says "donations accepted"), there's an ad for reiki healing, and a whole calendar of events for children and adults. This center definitely seems to run on donations and volunteers. We were happy to contribute to the painted metal donation post by the playground. Peaceful, safe, beautiful park areas like this are hard to find these days. We're passing through, as we're just frequent vacationers to the area, but I hope the community keeps up this little local gem!

I was very pleased to see they have done some renovation from the photos I searched for through their Facebook page. According to the young lady giving us the tour they have added tile flooring to the building as opposed to the previous carpet they had. Parking: Parking is available in front of the building (limited) and down the street as well. They do not have a parking garage or designated parking area for this center. Exterior: The exterior is well maintained by the city of Stockbridge. There is a railroad track directly across the street from the center. Interior: Upon entering the two double doors the floor plan is pretty open. There are two sets of restrooms with approximately 3 stalls per restroom. There is a storage and a janitor closet. Kitchen: They offer a kitchen with the following: Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Food Warmer, Small Ice Maker, and Sink **I will update this review once my event is hosted here**

Wish their website was a little more up to speed when it comes to seasonal activities but you can't have it all. Favorite new upgrades includes all the brand new outdoor public playgrounds. Three total. One on the lower ball fields. A smaller more pre-school, little tikes set in between upper ball fields, and then this one near the upper gravel parking lot. Thank you Banks Co for continuing to take such great care of all of us!

The Otto Community Development Center is located in a building just off the main Highway 441…read morethrough Otto. The building seems to be in great condition, and volunteers in the community also donate their time and resources to maintain the building. The center is used as the voting location for the Smithbridge precinct, so it is a hub in the community. Community activities, such as yoga classes, are also held here. It's a great community asset!

This place was absolutely amazing, me and my girlfriend came here to get our balls drilled and get…read morea little advice however when we were introduced to Dale he was amazing, he not only drilled our balls and took the time to explain everything, after we were allowed to throw our newly drilled balls and he even gave us some pointers. This was an absolute amazing experience and I wish every new bowler could have the same one. Dale is amazing and I truly reccomend them to anyone for any of your bowling needs.

The Steam Lab and H20 rooms for my toddler and baby make this a great place to have a play date in Buford, especially on a Thursday when they are open until 7 pm (other days it's 4 pm). I didn't take pictures because of other children around, but whether your kids have high sensory needs like mine or you just want the option for indoor or outdoor play this was great for the kids to get to run around outside too. Will definitely be back, wish this was in my area!
