Staff and Mgt are friendly with both guests and residents. Many are familiar with Mom, and know to ask about her food choices. The MedTechs and Caregivers are careful with her thin skin, and avoid bruising her when providing injections. They are very watchful, and contact the family any time they note a difference, which is greatly appreciated. Staffers are pleasant and engage easily with the residents, despite being extremely busy. Everyone multitasks! Of note is this all-inclusive rate, so there is extra an level of assistance for a resident when needed. The family is very pleased to have Mom here, and we would recommend to anyone seeking AL care.

Anyone good is immediately fired and the worst of the worst are hired and kept long term. So many other options out there for places that will actually care for your loved ones. I had a discussion with a former employee who let me know they were all required to leave positive reviews to boost ratings. More than half the reviews below me are fake and created by employees.

I just stood with the person that needed help, even though I couldn't help them because I'm not an employee nor family member, only an acquaintance, and I said I'll stay with you until somebody helps you. I can't believe that they're still in business. DHEC needs to check this place out anonymously to really see what goes on in real time. There are some very caring employees, but there's a handful of CNA's that need to be terminated immediately.

Because of their involvement with her, we were able to get new medicine for her that greatly improved her enjoyment there.
