Coffee w/ cold foam
Zach M.

Overall review: 8.2 Ordered two ice coffees, one with vanilla and the other with caramel cold foam (made w/coconut milk). Coffee had great flavor and a smooth after taste. The cold foam tasted more like coconut than it did the flavor. It added a nice touch to the coffee, I wouldn't get it again since I prefer my coffee not as sweet. Price was average, Paid $11 for two large ice coffees. The service was great! They were friendly and welcoming, answered all our questions very kindly. Also, the coffee shop had good vibes to sit down and enjoy my coffee while doing work. I would recommend to stop by and try Little Wolf!

If you live in Boston and heading to Newburyport, a quick stop at Little Wolf is well worth the detour ! I knew the coffee shop would serve the quality of coffee I crave because they are followed by both Sprudge and my trusted speciality coffee shop in Indianapolis (Amberson Coffee) on Instagram. The baristas are friendly and help an indecisive person make a decision on which beans to use for her pour over. The pour over I had was perfectly dialed in. They do have some pastry selection; however, nothing of true substance (like a breakfast sandwich or avocado toast). I did buy a bag of beans to take home to use for my pour overs. Can't wait to return !

Latte and kouign amann

I love this little cafe! It looks like an old car garage turned into a coffee shop, which is the perfect vibe Coffee was good and the kouign amann pastry was amazing! Glad I tried it :) This coffee shop has a separate seating room that feels pretty open and a good place to read/do some work. There are a few options for seating - chairs at a table, arm chairs, or stools at a counter. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will be back!

I think I caught them on a bad Saturday early afternoon... there was no ice so had lukewarm cold brew which was a little bitter to my taste, and the bathroom sink and toilet was backing up. The environment is super cute and my friend's latte was very tasty! Service was also nice. Would try it again if I was back in the area but wouldn't make a dedicated trip.

Matcha with milk foam and iced coffee

Lovely coffee shop with plenty of tables and cool vibes. Got an iced coffee and seasonal matcha with mint cold foam. Iced coffee was tasty and had fruity notes. Matcha was also delicious. Friendly staff and overall wonderful experience.

London fog (not on the menu, they don't have Earl Grey and use regular black tea)

Food, service, ambiance - Little Wolf hit all the checkboxes. The interior was well thought out including the equipments. The barista was friendly. You can tell the locals love this place, and they have many drinks not on the menu. I got a London fog with vanilla (mind you they don't use Early Grey though, just regular black tea), and look forward to getting apple cider Chai latte next time! The latte arts were so cute btw.

I can't speak to the actual cafe, but I've heard wonderful things. As a mail order roaster, this one had been on my radar and a top of the list option for a long time. The drawbacks that kept me from choosing them for my ever rotating monthly coffee haul from different roasters across the country was two fold: smaller counts of beans and no pricing promotions. They finally rose to the top of my list, and I'm glad they did. Their beans were amazing, and although the bags were a shorter count than I was used to, the unit price was comparable. I loved each single origin I tried, and will certainly be back. My only wish and suggestion would be for them to offer more frequent discounts to mail order customers. That is an easy way to get repeat customers!

It's a beautiful space with plenty of tables. Baristas are very friendly and they did an excellent job preparing our lattes. Foam was smooth and latte art was beautiful. I liked the blue mugs that our lattes were served in. They offer pastries and cute merchandise with their little wolf logo. I wasn't a big fan of coffee beans since it created a sour taste in out lattes. However when it comes to coffee, every person's choice is different.

While I grew up in Salem, NH - I loved to Los Angeles almost 20 years ago and every year at Christmas time look forward to my parents sending us Farmhouse Roasters Coffee at Christmas time. I wouldn't say we're exactly coffee snobs, but let's just say we like what we like, and enjoy nice dark blends. My wife and I have made it a bit of tradition to buy each other different types of artisan coffee around the holidays from many local shops, brewers, etc... and honestly, I think Farmhouse Roasters Farmhouse Blend beats anything out there. I feel like we're kind of "chasing the high" as we search for different coffees to try, and always come back to Farmhouse Roasters which is super consistent every time. The restaurant is great too, but honestly, we haven't been since pre pandemic so I can't give a detailed review... but it's worth it to simply load up on coffee if you're local or buy online... which we need to do more often.

I wanted breakfast, they had good choices, but I chose a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. It came with two pickles and some chips. My daughter ordered a breakfast meal and liked it. They have hot, cold coffees. It's in a big house with a warm home feel. People working are kind and they bring your food to you. I would definitely come back.

Plenty of street parking right out front so no issues on that aspect. Stepping inside you are welcomed to a lot of art on the walls and an overall rustic feel to the space. They have a good amount of space for you to sit and enjoy your drink and food which we did. Service was friendly and quick by staff who made it a welcoming space. They have a huge menu so everyone will find their drink and possibly flavor to make them happy. Including a variety of seasonal special flavors. My wife and I both ended up going with their iced gingerbread mocha and both got their breakfast sandwich The Works. The sandwich was a sausage egg and cheese with spinach and tomato. A well made tasty sandwich, although some may find it has too much spinach on it. I think despite already being a sandwich with a lot some avocado spread would be a perfect addition. Drink wise they had good flavor and you can taste the high quality of the coffee used. First time stopping here but look forward to revisiting in the future and will search for their beans for coffee at home for sure!

"Your breath is sweet Your eyes are like two jewels in the…read moresky Your back is straight, your hair is smooth On the pillow where you lie One more cup of coffee for the road One more cup of coffee before I go" (Bob Dylan) Some of my friends gifted me with a basket of Maine goodies after we all served on a charity committee for a few years. In the basket was a 12-ounce bag of ground coffee from Maine's Katahdin Coffee Company. After a few cups, I realized I was drinking some of the very best coffee I ever had in my long coffee drinking life. It had been a very long time since we used ground coffee, because we converted to K Cups years ago (don't hassle me about the environment because we empty out and recycle all those plastic pods). We used one of those "make your own K Cup" plastic/mesh baskets that was banished to a kitchen cabinet for many years, scooped in a few spoonfuls of Katahdin and brewed it in our K Cup machine. My Katahdin coffee was a Medium/Dark variety known as "Baxter Blend". The flavor ran rings around everything else we have in the house. Yes, it was a zillion times better than what I normally drink. Katahdin is sold in quite a few Maine grocery stores and through their website. The website has offerings in 10-ounce, 12-ounce, and 2-lb bags, with choices of ground or whole bean across a few different flavors including Breakfast Blend, Breakfast Blend Decaf, Baxter Blend, French Roast, Maine Whoopie Pie, Hazelnut and Maine Blueberry Pie. Yes, we will be sending out a mail order as soon as we use up every last ground of coffee in that 12-ounce bag.
