Dr rozinov was a great dentist. I went in with my step daughter. She was very attentive and caring. They show they actually care. Which is very hard to come across these days. That is a great quality especially when it comes to children because they are very scared of the dentist. The decorations of the office is great for the kids and the office is very clean. I'm going to recommend this practice to all my family members. The front desk receptionist Pam was great! Most receptionist are miserable when you go into offices. But she was smiling and helpful throughout the whole intake and even made my my step daughter feel welcomed and more comfortable. read more

Dr. Rozinov is a fantasitc, charismatic, caring dentist that will go the extra mile to support the little ones in their dental experience! At 2.8 months, my daughter had a difficult time in her 1st visit. Dr. Rozinov took her time, had a lot of patience with her. When she struggled with the examination in the standard dentist chair, the Dr. performed the examination with my daughter on her lap and we were able to complete the exam. Six months later when we returned, she was just as nicde and patient. She looked over her notes to see my daughter's history and had an even more gentle approach, which made our visit that much better than the last one! read more

I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. The dentist (I use the term lightly) who looked at my toddler determined that he had 5 cavities and should have his teeth extracted. Teeth that did not seem to bother him, which he is going to lose in a few years. She was unable to give a thorough examination as she did not seem skilled with dealing with toddlers and could not keep him still. Her conclusion was not based on x-rays, looking closely at the area or asking a colleague for a second opinion. Upon completion of this visit we were charged for copay and $75 for fluoride treatment. Every other dentist we've visited did not charge for fluoride treatment with a cleaning. I got a second opinion and found out that my child does not have cavities, only stains on his teeth from the iron supplement that he has been taking. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

Dr.Rozinv is the most amazing dentist. She is so caring, loving and patient with the children. Every time I tell my children we are going to the dentist they get excited in fact my son asked her if he could live in her office lol. Dr. Rozinov is truly amazing. I am truly amazed every time I tell my kids they have to go see Dr. R how excited they get and it is because of how awesome she is. He ability to make an experience most adults loathe a fun one is impressive. She always makes sure every visit is something the kids look forward to. She has never steered us wrong in the 8 years we have been with her. From cleanings to root canals- the manner in which they are with the kids through it all is one that should be in all places. I just had 4 appointments (2 on the adult side, 2 at Little Smiles) and we always leave smiling. My sons have been going to Dr. Rozinov since 2014. They are now almost 13 & still love heading to the dentist! She is so patient & kind to my boys. For the very first time, one of my sons had 2 cavities that needed fillings but we only had appointments for cleanings. Dr. Rozinov did not take her lunch break & filled the cavities instead! AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! Coming from an over protective mom! The atmosphere is very kid friendly with the movie theater set up. The receptionist is very friendly. It is never crowded therefore the wait has never been more than 5 minutes. When we go in the dentist and assistant get my son situated offering a variety of flavors to use. The dentist talks to him first and during in addition to having the tv on a child friendly channel. The rooms inside having different animated themes which is also a plus! After his visit he looks forward to the balloon and tot for the treasure chest. My son has been going here since he grew his teeth. Like most children he was scarred at first, but after his second visit he realized with the right doctor there is nothing to be scarred of. read more

This place is AMAZING. When I told my daughter we were going to the dentist she went straight into screaming mode. I hate screaming mode. I try to cut my child slack because she doesn't have a lot of experiences to draw upon, so if something is bad, it literally just might be the worse in the world to her. She only has 5 years of experience! Her last dentist experience wasn't great so I could understand her being upset. But her last dentist didn't have movie theater seats! And her last dentist didn't have a chest of toys! And most importantly, her last dentist didn't take her mom's insurance like this one does! The trip was so great the next morning my daughter asks if we were going to the dentist again. Can't beat that! read more

We stumbled upon this office last weekend when visiting friends on the island. Our 3 year old went head first in the pool and cracked his front tooth. Our friends kids are patients here. We were lucky that they they were open on a weekend. Great office. Beautiful and very child friendly. The dentist had to pull the tooth but he didn't even feel it. Wow this dentist is really sick. She's said my daughter had a cavity in her baby tooth and extracted it. Now I'm reading reviews of similar stories I really wish I would have gotten a second opinion. She was attacking my mothering has well she was so nasty. Basically saying she'll see me next time since my daughter will have another cavity because of me I was really shocked at her disrespect. They said insurance doesn't cover laughing gas and I paid out of pocket but they do. Also I've been getting bills in the mail every other week since I went for basically everything my kids got done there. They never billed insurance they billed me. Do not go I wish I would have read reviews. I'm looking into reporting her to the American dental association for malpractice. Disgusting to traumatize kids for financial gain. Beware of this place, if you don't have insurance or limited coverage, they are sneaky and charged me for so many things my kids didn't need. Every visit was a minimum of $150. per kid out of pocket. I would call the insurance and would be told that it's covered. If you want a great dentist & orthodontist go to New Wave in Lynbrook. I switched over to them & haven't paid anything out of pocket, they are wonderful and cater to children. I'm so happy I don't get ripped off anymore wish I could give them zero stars, they should be investigated! read more

If I could give no stars I would have. This office is a fraud!!!! They charged me for services that were rightfully covered under my insurance plan. It took a year and a half for a refund. For months I have tried to get a refund and waited for an office manager to return my phone call that never came. Then I was told the "book keeper" would contact me on a friday which again never happened. After all of that there was never even a book keeper period and the office manager gave me a check on the spot after again a year and a half. The current staff in the reception area is very rude, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful. Rolling her eyes, unwilling to help in anyway. The office manager came and bashed a past employee telling her personal business which shows she is very unaware of New York State laws. I feel bad for the owner of the place and having these kind of people run his practice because they are running it into the ground! I am in utter disbelief that the staff and office manager spoke in this manner. I love the orthodontist but the staff needs to go!!!! read more

Hooray a local children's dentist that accepts our insurance (thanks Obama Care). Not only this this a children's dentist but they are top notch! The waiting room and patient rooms were all immaculately clean. The waiting room is set up like a theater, way to run with the business name! My son immediately wanted to sit in the the movie theater chair, which was so nice that if real movie theaters had these chairs I would go. The actual dentist area has all different themed rooms that have amazing hand painted murals inside of them. The dentist introduced herself to my son and was really patient and kind during the whole check-up. Clearly she has a lot of experience with children. Since he was so well behaved they allowed him to pick to prizes from the treasure chest, yes they have a treasure chest in the hallway! Really glad we found these folks we will be using them as are primary children's dentist. read more

This place is horrible. I went there thinking it was good for kids. First of all Their prices are ridiculous (my insurance has no copayment but they will find ways to make you end up with a $300 bill) They will try to force you into getting laughing gas for your child "which is never covered" for $160 (each time). They will tell you things aren't covered that actually are covered. The dentist is nasty and horrible with children. Impatient and just rude. I know two other close friends and family members who went there and also had a horrible experience with the dentist. In fact last time they stated the woman behind the desk was crying saying she has had it with the dentist and can't believe she works with children! Crazy! Do not go here! Try kids smiles - great set up for kids and nice staff & several locations they also take most insurances. if you want or need laughing gas it's $80! (Half the price of this place who tries to force it on you & says she won't work with out it) As a reply to what you just responded with. I am aware of my insurance coverage, and have no problems at our current dentist office.. And my issues weren't financial. Other than the fact this office lies and says things aren't covered which are and I have reported it. My issues were being scammed and forced into laughing gas for my kids who sit still and didn't even get into the chair because your pediatric dentist whom is a woman not you Antonio maybe you work on the adult side of the office. She refused to do any work with out laughing gas before even having the kids in her chair! My son has had a tooth pulled with novocaine and no laughing gas and sat still without one tear! Of course not in your office. My girlfriend recommended this place for me, as it's closer to my working office by me. I came with my son yesterday, and had a great experience. I was compelled to write a review to let others with children know that this is a dentist where they can come, and feel comfortable. My son is a 5 year old, & was well composed throughout the appointment, and said he didn't feel any kind of excessive pain he usually does at other dentists, and wasn't nervous around the doctor. After years of this experience being behind us, I am happy to say that my son is finally over the trauma caused by this practice. I, however,​ can never forget what we went through. Ever since this experience,​ we have been traveling to pediatric dentists who put the health, safety, and well being of my children first. The practice we have been going to has NEVER given us an issue​ and ensures that our children are in no discomfort for any procedure necessary, and after dealing with Little Smiles on Broadway, my son needed A LOT of dental care. I am not on here to recommend our new dental practice, but I am on here to update parents that you do NOT have to put yourself and your child through trauma to receive​ quality pediatric dentistry. DO NOT COME TO THIS PRACTICE if your child needs anything more than a cleaning. I do not wish the experience we went through on ANYONE especially an innocent child who was in need of care. I couldn't be happier with the dentists we have been seeing since our horrific experience at Little Smiles. Even after finding out about our concerns they did not rectify any of the​ issues that we had, I am just so thankful that we never have to go back and my son and our family is able to feel safe and calm at the dentist where we are. Still,​ to this day, I have never experienced anything like the events in which took place at this practice- which is why I am updating my review. In my profession, we serve and protect children which is why I feel it is important to ensure that no child goes through what our family​ and other families who have written reviews with one star go through. I wish i could give them one star. The office is neat and tidy and their receptionist was very pleasant. They were able to distract my son in order to complete a full set of x-rays, which is great; however, the dentist herself is not kind, or patient with children at all. She didn't wait for the anesthetic to take effect; injected him, strapped the gas on his nose and immediately began ripping his tooth out while he screamed and cried. they had me hold him down. It was awful and then they charged me $100 more for laughing gas than our former dentist did. I am aware that insurance doesn't cover gas, but why is her gas 200 and the other dentists' is 100? Doesn't add up. I honestly have no problem paying for the gas, but i needed my child to have an as pleasant experience as possible, all things considered. She scolded him for crying ( he is six) too. I can't imagine going back there with my four year old. She should be reported for misconduct. read more
