Which they have in the past. the pants didn't fit so when I went back to return or exchange they said no. I never removed the tags and I have the receipt. The receipt clearly states any red tag item is final sale. My tag didn't reflect any red tags. THEY ARE RUDE, the reason I didn't try them on before purchasing was because they were 30min before mall closing and the employees were giving dirty looks. I think twice before even shopping at any H&M now.

There's no denying it's presence in any mall because most teeny boppers, flamboyant gay guys, metrosexuals and even street gangsters flock through their doors as if they were hypnotized by the three character sign. Why not, quality fashion magazine type clothing without the magazine type clothing prices. It's a great start for the average simpleton to get their feet wet in fashion. Now that I've killed the snoot ball shoppers ego. Let's talk about the particular shop. It's a great addition to the Southland Mall Repertoire. The shiny new toy, boasts big open concept shop with tons of clothing options. I like their Divided brand as well, it's actually better fitting for people with a little bit of broader shoulders. Their associates are really nice as well. Busy, busy, busy, constantly recovering so that the shop is as pleasant as ever. The lights are bright, so you can actually see what you would look like in the afternoon sun. And the cashiers are amazing at taking your money in exchange for a piece of paper that says you've purchased that article of clothing. Anyways, I love to shop here. Until michigan invites H&M's big sister ZARA to come out and play. This guy is the next best thing. Thank you H&M! It's always a pleasure to purchase things at your shop.

I have to start by saying I had to let time pass to write this review because I was so upset at the…read morebehavior/process of Jim's Tuxedo... First and foremost I would warn anyone who is thinking about renting from here. I drove 600+ miles to be fitted by the tailor at Jim's 4 months before the wedding (I was the best man, so it was important). The female with the glasses measured me, putting the height and weight in the wrong slots, not measuring my inseam (I've been measured before and this was never skipped) and doing everything extremely fast. 4 months later I return for the final fitting and pickup a few days before the wedding. The suit was too big, which happens and is understandable, but what wasn't understandable was the same woman who measured me immediately asked if I went on a diet, and I told her no and that I specifically didn't lose or gain weight because of the tux... She told who I can only assume is Jim, and he asked her who measured me. She said she did, and again I was asked if I had gone on a "crash diet", so I had to explain to Jim that I hadn't, which it's none of his business that I did or not. So I go back and take my stuff off (only the shirt fit) and notice there are no mirrors in the fitting room. I found this odd so I started looking around at the signs. One said that they are short staffed "like the rest of the country" - the country is no longer short staffed, and jims tuxedo is a family business. They also had an "American first" sign, while their shirts are "handcrafted in China". While reading the signs I also heard Jim talking to the woman who measured me, he told her to call the place that they ordered the tux from and her reply was "I don't call places" so he had to for her. (I have to note that before I tried on the tux I could hear the older, heavier woman that works there complain about how she was tired of trying people's suits on... I'm sorry, you don't do hardly anything you just put suspenders on and measure, we dress ourselves, we don't walk around naked in a tux shop, it's your job) I go back the next day to pick up my fixed tuxedo... And I immediately notice that the kirk plaque had grown into a full blown shrine on top of one of their clothing racks. The plaque was there along with a few other pictures and a t-shirt. I also noticed the "wanted" Trump t-shirt they had for sale behind the counter at this time. So clearly feeling like these people are forcing their political opinions on me, I just wanted my stuff and to go. I made sure everything fit, and this time the male with the long hair helped me. Which I shouldn't have to say it, but with working in a tux shop you'd think he'd be a little more clean cut and shave his neck? He wasn't even wearing socks. My stuff fit and I left. Everything SHOULD HAVE been right at this time. But. When all the groomsmen got to the hotel and started to get dressed I noticed that JIM'S TUXEDO HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG CUFFLINK COLOR. This with everything added up is so out of line it's insane. Everyone had grey pearl and I had cheap looking black plastic. Luckily, Jim's gave one of the little kids in the wedding party an extra pair of the correct color so I used those. Even the suspenders were worn out and wouldn't stay closed/clasped, you have to bend them back when they get too worn or replace them, Jim's obviously has not done either. For Jim's tuxedo to be serving such a wide demographic, yet align themselves with such divisive characters, and then on top of that offer a subpar experience is doing the entire downriver community a disservice. Im going to recommend to everyone I know of downriver to not shop at Jim's, and to go to the mall or some other local shop. If the staff doesn't want to work, perform their duties, treat ALL the customers with grace, then let the business go because you're spoiling people's cherished moments and memories.

When I received it, I found out that the watch was not genuine and even the buckle was gold plated. He kept insisting the watch was genuine because some salesperson told him it was at the Omega Boutique. After doing research online. verifying it with Omega Vintage Watch experts, and even a simple search of a 1954 Omega Constellation Watch online, I found out the watch is not authentic or genuine. The watch DOES NOT look like any of the watches online. Even the buckle wasn't an 18K gold buckle but a stainless steel buckle as it was so marked. I wanted a full refund of my money, because the item wasn't as described. The seller kept stalling and stalling, arguing that it was authentic and genuine. I even sent him my research and articles as to why it was not authentic and genuine, and challenged him to search himself online for the 1954 Omega Constellation. I pointed out details (OMEGA MOY Test, the cross hairs not a single solid line from 12 to 3, but broken at the word constellation and the star. He finally agreed to issue me a refund once I sent the item back because I was unhappy and he "would not feel right not making sure you (ME) are satisfied." Item was carefully packaged and shipped back to the seller on October 21, 4:27PM with tracking. The seller stated that he would be out of town until Friday, October 26th. The watch had been delivered with signature verification on October 27th. It is now October 31st and still no refund. I have texted the seller and left messages for him on his cellphone, and he has not responded nor called back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS SELLER. Right now I am out $1646.70, and even had to pay the $39 dollars to ship the watch back to him insured with confirmation. He now has both the item and my money.
