Not only did we end up purchasing a new dining room table, but my mom ended up purchasing a coffee table and two end tables. In addition, I plan on going back to purchase some of the cool Lake Michigan art that they have in stock. They have furniture for every room in your house and a great clearance/sale room. We are still waiting on our table (it's custom made), but my mom received her purchase the other day and was incredibly happy with the quality and the professionalism of the delivery staff. After the initial delivery, we noticed that the chair made honking noises. I had them come out to take a look. The repair guy said he couldn't find anything doing it. Now a year later, I had them come back out to recheck the noise that never went away and to have them repack the cushions. The repair guy said the repack was a lie. They don't do that. He still couldn't fix the chair either. Just today I took a look at the chair myself. There were 6 loose bolts that I tightened up. This fixed the chair. Why didn't the repair guy have the sense to bring a 7/16" wrench with him so he could verify all the bolts were tight? He does this for a living. Wouldn't you think he's seen this problem before? Between being lied to about repackig cushions to poor service, I'd look at other sources for furniture next time around.

I was shown ALL of my options, and Frank, who works there, gave me a wonderful deal on a quality set of solid wood table and chairs that I can't wait to have in my home! This company definitely sold me a bad refrigerator or it was damaged in transit to me. The owner or employee (whatever he is) Germaine is very unprofessional. Tried to sale me another broken refrigerator for $200 and that was not acceptable to me. There is absolutely nothing me or my 5 year old daughter could have done to make a refrigerator completely malfunction. It was broken when it was sold to me. They told me my power could have went out, but that is not what caused the refrigerator issue. The DTE Repair Tech stated the compressor is bad and 9 times out of 10 it is due to the refrigerator being laid down during transit to my home. My power has never surged in the last 5 months. I would know because I work from home. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I always try and support small businesses, especially when they are black owned. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. I HIGHLY recommend having someone inspect your refrigerator, if you are going to purchase from them. They sold this to a young black single mom and now I can barely feed my child due to not having a refrigerator, YET AGAIN.
