Chicken bacon ranch
Tariq R.

I decided to visit Little Rocky's Pizza after my boss treated us to a few tasty pies for lunch a while back. The restaurant has seating for about twenty five people, but it seemed to be more of a takeout joint. There were about five different varieties of slices. Plain, sausage, mushroom, chicken bacon ranch, and barbecue bacon chicken. I chose the sausage and chicken bacon ranch. Little Rocky's had three coolers with a large variety of soft drinks. The server called me over once my slices were hot. I scooped them up and sat down at a high top table. The pizza was piping hot. Once it cooled a little I was able to enjoy both slices. I would call their pizza traditional thin crust. There was a good amount of ground sausage and i enjoyed the taste. The chicken bacon ranch was good also, with a nice ratio of ingredients. My two complaints are, the crust was a little dry and there wasn't any a/c in the venue. Two slices and a drink for under nine dollars

The pizzas were thin, cooked well and served scalding hot. The crust has the right amount of chew and char to get you coming back for more. The simplicity of the ingredients let's you know it's fresh and made to order. This place is great if you have a hankering for some pizza, cheese steaks, fries or even a nice salad or some ricotta spread. We've never had a bad meal here. Consistency is the mark of a good restaurant.

Their bar seating is limited, and every time I stop in, it's full. They have two different indoor seating rooms. We sat in the bar area dining room that has a half dozen or so tables. I liked the exposed brick look of the bar area with tasteful (not cluttered) wall decorations. You can also sit out front along the sidewalk or in a small alley out back by the kitchen. Menu wise ... I have to say I've never seen MP (market price) next to wings. Long gone are the days of ten cent or quarter wings my friends! They did have a dollar wing special on that day, so we put in for an order of Ernie's Wings - house-made buffalo sauce. buttermilk ranch. sesame seeds. scallions. wood-fired. They were fresh, a decent size and just average. The sauce flavor was adequate. I wouldn't repeat. We put in orders for two pizzas (one half and one pepp) $15 and the other was what I came for a Honey Hot Sop - red sauce. shredded mozzarella. fresh mozzarella. soppressata. hot honey. grana padano $17. The pizzas came out hot and extremely fast. The half plain, half pepp was typical. Nothing bad, nothing great with a nice char, tasty cheese and a slightly sweet/lightly seasoned sauce. The Honey Hot Sop was delicious. It had a sweet sauce, sweet yet rich buttery cheese, nice char, yummy soppressata and then a spicy peppery kick that punched you in the face. We also ordered plain fries. They were crunchy with almost a hollow core. Not a fan. I had a fresh craft hazy IPA (I'm sorry the name escapes me) that was on tap to enjoy with that wonderful hot sop pizza. They have a couple of sandwiches I'd love to try like the Chicken Fra Diablo - chicken cutlet. sharp provolone. long hot peppers. pomodoro sauce. served on a seeded roll and a cheesesteak. Our server was quick, prompt and friendly. She checked in on us several times. I'll certainly return to Itri when I get a chance. Thanks guys!

The inside has an old school feel, but tasteful and clean with comfy cushioned booths and tiled walls. They had Sinatra and other like crooners playing traditional pop, jazz and swing softly coming through the speakers above. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service. An older fella in a suit sans the jacket came over and thanked us for stopping in. My kid was happy that they had root beer on their fountain machine, so it was a great start for us! We came for the pizza and didn't leave disappointed. The regular cheese pizza we ordered came out hot and fresh after a short wait. The crust was thin and looked well done with dark brown and black bubbled areas, the cheese wasn't dark or orange and the char on the bottom was decent. The crust wasn't paper thin, but not too thick which allowed it to come out crispier while keeping the cheese from overcooking. It had a cracker like flavor and wasn't too firm so it still had a little bit of bend. To me it was a great combination. The sauce was a balance of salty and sweet. It could have used a tad more flavoring, but the amount was right on. I have to say in the area this pizza is tough to beat. The slices weren't stiff, but the cheese wasn't sliding off. Well executed and delicious! I think they had to have $18 for a large. They slice the pies in 12 smaller slices by default. The only con is their boxes. They are thin cardboard and can be a pain to close. The good news is the contents inside were devoured quickly so I'll deal with the box. On my second visit we ordered a large cheese pizza and a tomato pie for take out. When you walk in the pickup area, the open kitchen view shows the crew hard at work behind the counter. You can also see the Blodgett oven churning out pies right up front. They were true to their word on the 15 minute wait. The cheese pizza was just as delicious as the eat in (it lost some of its snappy crust). The tomato pie had a similar crust to the cheese pizza. The sauce was flavored nicely and layered on top of the cheese. It could have used more oil and garlic for my taste, but it was still above average. I hadn't been to Cesare's (my mother would pronounce it Che-sare's, but they call it Caesars) in well over a decade. It's still a great spot for Italian and possibly the best pizza you can get in the area. Thanks guys!

I love their eggplant rollatini app, & and the sauce that it comes with. This evening I asked on DoorDash notes if they could use the same sauce for a shrimp and broccoli Alfredo, but instead switch out the Alfredo sauce with this delicious pesto cream sauce. I also asked if they could exchange the fettuccine for angel hair. Most stores don't really care about your DoorDash notes, and usually ignore them. I know how good the sauce is so I wanted it as part of my dinner and my appetizer. And they delivered with all my modifications. Delicious food, & respect for their customers preferences. The place has a great atmosphere....with the glassed in seating where you can eat and people watch. The place is very clean and it seems that many people are related to one another here. The server was constantly checking on a little boy who sat alone and played on a tablet and really did not pay much attention to us. It was frustrating when we wanted to have drink refills and also to ask a question. Many other diners were waiting and it was obvious that they wanted to pay their bills but they no server in sight and we kind of cringed because it was hard enough to get a drink refill. The pizza was good, nothing stuck out to us about what we ate, but one couple has been going there for many years and said that our experience was the same as theirs for over 25 years. I guess, I'm wondering how they're still in Business from barely giving customers much attention. We won't be Back, but the place was clean and lots to see.
