I want to express my disappointment with the quality of your food. The last two times my…read moresignificant other has ordered from your restaurant, the food has been absolutely disgusting. The smoked wings were dry, as if they had been reheated over and over again, and the macaroni and cheese was just as bad. It tasted burnt and gave the impression that it had been sitting for a while, repeatedly warmed up, and then scooped into takeout containers for customers. This has happened twice now, so I have to question the quality and freshness of the food you are serving. Regardless of when a customer places an order, they should receive fresh, properly prepared food--not food that tastes like leftovers that have been reheated multiple times. Honestly, you should be ashamed of serving food of this quality to paying customers. This is not good food preparation or customer service, and it certainly is not acceptable business practice. Customers work hard for their money and deserve to receive food that is fresh, appetizing, and worth what they pay for. After experiencing this twice, I am seriously questioning whether we should order from your establishment again. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the problem rather than continuing to serve customers food of this quality.
