Sent a request at 12am didn't expect a response until the next day, Moses responded right away, answered all of my questions and scheduled me in at my convenience. Danny called 15 min prior to arrival, showed up and was very professional. He offered additional services with a no obligation approach. Danny did what he came to do and did a great job! These guys responded promptly, is very fair priced (which earned their business) and I would definitely recommend their services. Back story* i hired another locksmith to recode some locks a while back and asked him to do this very door Danny rekeyed, the gentleman stated that it was a "specialty lock" and that I should remove it and bring it in to a locksmith shop to have it rekeyed...goes to show experience goes a long way Thanks Little Moses keep up the great work and maintain your fair prices! read more

I called Little Moses Locksmith Service because our front-door doorknob was not working properly and I was hopeful they could fix it. When the doorknob was turned, the latch wouldn't completely pull back, causing the door to stick when you tried to open it. I called the service number and explained the problem. They said someone would come within 3-4 hours and that I had to pay a $29 service fee. I agreed and set the appointment. An hour later, Moses called me and asked me to explain the problem to him, which I did. He said he would arrive within the quoted timeframe, which he did. When Moses arrived, I told him again what was wrong and he said that it was a common problem and the whole doorknob/lock needed to be replaced. I was surprised with what he said because he never touched the door or lock. He apparently knew he couldn't fix the doorknob/lock when I called to book the appointment but kept that information to himself. He was at our house for only 30 seconds before he had completed his visit. He never took his hands out of his pockets. Knowing I was stuck paying the $29 fee for this "service visit", I asked him if he could replace the doorknob/lock. He said he didn't have the parts with him but that he could do it for $275. I told him that was too expensive for the job and declined. He interjected, asking, if I knew how to make my keys match my other locks after I change the doorknob/lock. I said no, and asked him to explain it to me. He said he wouldn't tell me, because that's what he does for a profession. I was pretty shocked. After I paid him the $29, he gave me his card and said to call him if I changed my mind. The whole thing was less than 2-3 minutes and he was gone. In my opinion, Moses scammed us out of a service fee, for a service request that he knew he wasn't going to fix. And the fact that he tried to bait us with the little tidbit about lock matching was outrageous. (As a follow up to our story...We did end up going to HomeDepot and found the same doorknob/lock that we had on our door for only $85, which we installed ourselves without a problem. We even matched keys following the very simple directions that came with the lock.) read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Moses, Danny and team a few times. They've done a deadbolt replacement, reinforced the door jam by installing a plate, and replacing a mailbox lock. The original lock and door handle on my unit were a good 15+ years old and he updated them to something that's gonna last. Consummate professional in terms of courteousness, communication, customer service and of course quality of service. Anytime I need something he's quick to respond and usually has my problem taken care of in less than 24 hours. Fortunately I've never had to call on an emergency lockout but imagine he'd be there in a reasonable and expedient amount of time. Moses stands behind his work 100 percent too. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a locksmith. Thanks Moses! read more

Yakov was able to install the locks fast and owner was also very responsive. Everything finished the same day.

Moses was quick at coming and getting the job done however a $29.00 service but $75.00 to pop a door loose was ridiculous. Part of what's wrong with this world taking advantage of people when you should be empathetic. I don't mind paying for services rendered however $104.00 for less than 2 minutes work, and I might be exaggerating with two minutes. I'll make sure next time I'm aware of the total cost. So beware of low service fees because chances are the labor is expensive. Also asked Moses if he was the owner of the company and he said no, we'll look at the name looks like Moses to me. It isn't that hard to Just do the right thing. RS read more

These guys are great. I had lost my car keys over the weekend and wasn't able to find them. Lost my keys downtown and had my truck parked in a parking station for a day or so. I called this place and they got back to me right away. The tech came down to my truck very quickly. He spent a few minutes making me 2 new keys. Very friendly and fast, I was really impressed. Can't beat the price too. My dealership wanted me to pay for a tow and take it there, pay almost double, and wait longer. So glad I gave these guys a shot. Can't be any happier. Will definitely give these guys a call again in case an emergency happens. Recommended to my friends and family as well. read more

I found Little Moses Locksmith on Angies List. No sooner did I put in my request did my phone ring! Talk about fast service. He came out within an hour and worked with me with his pricing, which I truly appreciated! I had to replace 4 front door locks as all four were stuck and I couldn't enter my house from the front. Moses was professional, quick, and did not try to push upgraded locks on me. I am happy with the great service, the price and would highly recommend Moses. read more

I was locked out of my place at midnight and it was windy and extremely cold. I tried even breaking into my 2nd floor unit but that didn't work. So I looked up locksmiths on Yelp that were available and about 5 came up and "Little Moses" was one of them. He replied to my inquiry within a few minutes. That in itself was great because when you're going through something and especially when you're alone and freezing, every minute seems like forever. Luckily I didn't have that issue with Moses. He asked me all the necessary questions and under 15 mins he was there. Quick replies, quick arrival, and quick unlocking of my front door. I even could pay with a card which I was worried to get swindled with a cash only type of late night service. His service was everything you could need or ask for in a locksmith or any type of service provider. Quick, efficient, and kind. Honestly I don't think I would ever have to think twice who I'd choose if something like this again. Late night hero for sure. Thank you Little Moses. read more
