After spending 5 hours waiting for an appointment with a locksmith that never showed, I called Top Master. Their tech arrived within the hour and and was friendly, professional and fast. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they are quite a bit pricier than other local quotes I received for re-keying my house. I had no problem paying 4 times more because it was a last minute emergency and their service made it worth it this time. read more

I honestly couldn't say if they are great or terrible on the job, but I was hung up on in mid sentence when I was asking questions about my locked safe. He answered my initial question, but hung up when I was following up. read more

Top Master Locksmith - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Las vegas, Nevada

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called Top Master at 9:45 AM on 02.26.18 and got an original quote for $350 and when I told him I was going to go to another competitor, he said he would only charge $120. At 12:45 PM, he said he was "almost at my location." At 2:30 PM, the same man said he was "walking inside the mall" and told me he would see me in 10 minutes and for having me wait 5 hours he said he give me $20 off the $120. It is now 3:33 PM and now he is dodging my calls and his voicemail is not set up to leave me messages. read more

AVOID Top Master Locksmith at all cost. If you absolutely positively must get a job done by Top Master Locksmith, get his ESTIMATE up front, and compare it against another locksmith's estimate. Top Master Locksmith initially sought to charge me $4,500.00 to change 11 locks on 6 doors in my North Las Vegas home. Don't be fooled when Top Master Locksmith arrives and you don't see a gun and mask. Top Master Locksmith is slow and his service is OVER PRICED! Remember, if you absolutely positively must get a job done, get Top Master Locksmith's estimate up front, and compare his estimate against another locksmiths estimate. read more

I was locked out in the rain and they came and saved the day within 20 min me and my son were blessed to have em show up so fast and I'm forever grateful for u. read more

Horrible company, do not use them!! I was given a wrong quote on the phone and when they arrived (40 minutes later than the promised time) they asked for more than double the quoted price. When we told them we refuse to use their services since they still insisted on charging us $45 fee for the call. This company is a total scam, go some place else. read more

Morgan was attentive and came to my rescue right away after my key broke off my cover. He was able to find my location and immediately got me a new key. Even gave me a new battery since my current battery was old. THANK YOU MORGAN read more

Apparently they are only mobile but haven't updated their info. Went all the way to their location for no reason.

My husband needed to grab a few keys for his office. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful, and hospitable. Since he was so helpful we decided to have an extra key made for my husband's truck. Not only would we both go back, but we would both recommend Top Master Locksmith. read more

My mother who is 82 years old contacted Top Master Locksmith approximately eight months ago. Her key fell apart and she called to have them come out and either replace or repair a key. For three days they continued to schedule appointments and not show up. On the fourth day she was unable to reach them at all her number had been blocked so she contacted me, her daughter to call and see if I could get through. I called for my mom and asked what the problem was why they were not taking her calls. He assured me that wasn't the case that he would have the mechanic call her immediately. Two hours latter at 11am I called back to ask why no one has contacted her he told me someone would be there between 2-5. Again she waited all day and no one showed up! When she originally made the call for them to come out eight months ago they quoted her price of $150, when they arrived the price changed to $245! read more

Terribly unprofessional experience. They lied to me over the phone about pricing. The man came out to my car (which is not a company car just kids running around in their own vehicles) and asked for an extra $100 on top of the quoted price. Go to anyone else. read more

Horrible Service! So my husband called a locksmith to come and let him in since the keys were locked in the house. The guy showed up, drilled the locks (never tried to pick them) then charged us $100! And he didn't even drill in the right place the first time! So NOW we have to replace the locks they damaged! Since we were not happy we did make a deal to lower the price. Since they already charged our CC they were supposed to refund us. I called them and gave them my husbands CC#, no refund. My husband has made several attempts to call but the VM is not working. I have tried emailing them and have not gotten a response. If this is how a locksmith services our community I would never recommend them to anyone! read more

Best locksmith in Las Vegas, every time I have a key issue of any sort he comes to the rescue. I've known this man since before he was located on Dean Martin with an office & employees. It's been about 3-4 years of him always being able to help me with any lock or situation. I highly recommend the company, if u have lock trouble call Top Master they will definitely figure it out. read more

We bought a new house in Southern Highlands for my parents-in-law and needed the locks changed. I had originally called Master Lock & Security the day before and after waiting 2 hours, the technician never showed up. It was getting dark and the electricity was shut off in the house so my husband told them he was cancelling the appointment for the day. They had the guts to ask to schedule another appointment and my husband flatly refused. Master Lock & Security had 114 reviews and a 5 star rating on Yelp. I don't know if it was a mishap with the technician or the reviews were fake. So I decided to look for another Locksmith company. I found Top Master Locksmith on Google and they had 61 excellent reviews and it was the closest one to my house. Most of the Locksmiths were in North Las Vegas. I set the appointment at noon the next day and asked the dispatcher to have the technician notify me half an hour before he was one his way to the new house. The technician called me three times at 11:58am, but for some reason, my cell phone did not ring. He texted me also, but I didn't see the message till 12:40pm. I called Top Master Locksmith about my error and they were still able to get the technician to come. They said he would be there in 15 minutes, so I went over to the new house (which is 5 minutes away from me). Jonathan, the tech, showed up at 1:25pm. He was very friendly and even petted my dog, who was barking at him rather menacingly. I showed him the locks that needed to be changed and he set to work right away. He asked me how many keys I wanted and I said 3 and he gave me 4. I tried to tip Jonathan $10, but he refused the tip, asking me to write a review on Google instead. The price was different than was quoted from the dispatcher. I miscalculated 2 locks that needed to be changed, but it was actually 3. Overall, it costs $45 for the technician to come out and $25 per lock to re-key (change the cylinder). Since the price was actually more than I anticipated, Jonathan took off about $10 for the tax and reminded me to write a review. I recommend using these guys to get your locks replaced. Jonathan was professional and congenial. The only reason I deducted a star was because the dispatcher said that the tech would show up in 15 minutes, instead with checking to see where he was before giving me a time. She also quoted me the final price at $75 (for two locks); it was originally $95 minus a $10 discount when I complained it was too expensive, minus $10 for writing a review. Otherwise, the work was stellar. read more

Maor helped me out when I was locked out of my apartment. He was quick and got me in at a price that was lowest in comparison to all other locksmiths in the area. I definately recommend Top Master for situations requiring a locksmith. They get the job done quickly and effectively. read more

I locked myself out of my home late one night and needed a locksmith. I found Top Master Locksmith online and gave them a call. They arrived quickly, charged a fair price ($75), yes, $75 may seem high but I was previously gouged by a Locksmith who charged me $150 to get my front door unlocked so I consider this a decent deal. I would use them again. read more
