Our family cannot say enough good things about Children's Learning Adventure. From the start, we…read moreknew our boys were in excellent hands. They are so kind, patient and our boys LOVE going to school everyday and even ask to go to school on the weekends, which really shows how much they both love being there. We receive fun photos during activities and are kept very well informed about their growth. Our boys have opened up more, become more independent and are so excited to show us all the activities and crafts they do each day. The monthly family activities are so fun as well! You can really tell how much they care for each child as they great them by name at the door every morning. My kids adore their teachers and miss them when we leave at the end of each day. We absolutely love Children's Learning Adventure and highly recommend anyone looking for childcare to give them a chance, you will not regret it!

BEWARE OF ABUSE! A two-year-old in their care had a broken FEMUR!! (Thigh bone-strongest bone in…read morethe body) how does a 2 year old manage to break his femur? Their excuse was a teacher "fell" on him, but they have no camera footage of the incident. Everyone in this facility needs to be behind bars and held accountable for what happened and the obvious lies and cover ups. The business comments to negative reviewers urging them to reach out so they can "look into it" but clearly children's safety and incompetent and negligent staff has been an ONGOING ISSUE FOR OVER 10 YEARS - NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE "DAYCARE".

Our daughter attended this in home daycare for a little over a year and it was great at first until…read moreit wasn't. Kimberlena "fired" us because we had shown up for drop off 10-15 minutes early, later that day she messaged us saying she wants to immediately stop care for our daughter. We spoke with Kimber. We were confused and distraught to be losing our childcare so abruptly over something that seemed so minuscule. We spoke with her and she agreed to move on and continue child care. This was in January 2023. In February 2023 she was hosting a Valentine's Day party for all the childcare kids but was excluding our daughter we even offered to pay for a spot so that our daughter may attend the party and Kimber refused. After that, it left a bad taste in our mouths and we decided to pull our daughter out of her program. Per the contract you are to give a 2 week notice (which we did) and you still receive 2 weeks of childcare plus your deposit back. We reached out to Kimber and let her know that we'd be pulling our daughter out of her program. Kimber immediately responded and said she was stopping care right away (breach of contract). She refused to give us our 2 weeks left of childcare then proceeded to say that we would get our deposit via mail. A few weeks pass. Still no deposit. We reach out again and asked her for our deposit. She was rude and aggressive. Called us multiple times. When I did answer the phone she did nothing but insult me and yell at me. She claimed to have proof of receipt for our deposit and proceeded to send us blank screenshots of the proof of receipts. I will be posting all of the conversations and screenshots. Fast forward to April 2023 my daughter who was 4 1/2 at the time was not having a good day. She was very distraught and saying things no 4 year old should ever even be thinking or saying. She said to me that she hated herself and her body. She was hitting herself. It was devastating. I was confused. As my little girl is so confident and spunky. That day my little girl was broken. I began to calm her down and speak with her. My daughter opened up and finally... said the words no parents want to hear. She said that another child has been touching her. And telling her she was ugly and that her body was ugly. She went on to mention very specific details about the events, where and when it would happen. I know my child and I know she is not a liar. If there's anything I've learned as a first time parent is that children are honest. My daughter shared with me that the child that was touching her was kimberlena's son who was 5 at the time (she has 7 kids of her own). My daughter said many times that Kimber and her husband Ian would be upstairs a lot and watch the childcare children through the cameras downstairs. One of the incidents my daughter shared with me was that her son was building a wall using red/blue square blocks. Her son would than ask my daughter to pull her pants down so he can kiss her butt. My daughter would say no but than he would say "I won't be your best friend anymore" my daughter than let it happen but would keep on trying to say no. This would happen inside and outside in the backyard inside the caterpillar tunnel where no one could see them. My daughter also did mention that she did want to tell Kimber but was afraid that she wouldn't believe her. Before any of this happened she wiped the app (brightwheel) all of us parents were using at the time and had us all use a new app (Procare). The app contained pictures and video recordings of the kids during childcare. We immediately made a report. There was an investigation. But they found nothing and couldn't prove that anything happened. We spoke with lawyers and it was basically my 4 1/2 daughters word against hers. Without any proof we didn't have a case. We were left to pick up the broken pieces. It was a very painful time for our family. We sought out therapy a couple of months later as this did affect our marriage and just our lives in general. It has now been a little over a year and our daughter is thriving. A couple of days ago I received an email from Brightwheel. A receipt from Kimberlena Webster.Thanking us for a payment made in cash on 7/5/2024. We have not seen or spoken to this woman in over a year! It became clear to me that there is some fraud happening. We also never received our deposit of $320 or a proof of receipt. We reached out to Kimber via fb messenger to ask her to explain the $160 charge. She was aggressive. Didn't even acknowledge that she sent out a receipt. She threatened to go to the police and "report" us for filing an SA report claiming we made a fraudulent report. She went on to say that she was going to use this as proof that we lied about what happened to our daughter.

DON'T DO IT!!! I was researching care and found this place. In talks via messenger, my gut said no…read moreand I'm so glad I listened! The "owner" is deceitful and a bully. She has her own squad do her dirty work in finding things "wrong" with other local providers. She says she's licensed because she has an LLC (not the way business works). If you disagree with her or question anything she will drop care for your child without refund (no matter what her "contract" says. She's illegally open 24/7 and is way over the "legal" child count for being an unlicensed home facility. Her own children account for at least 7 in her care. Trust me, there are legit and caring providers out there. This isn't one of them.
