I am obsessed! I've been on a Little Jamaica kick lately and it does not disappoint! I love their jerk chicken and today I tried their oxtail. Worth every penny!!! I can't wait to be back. This gem is located inside the Wolfchase mall so please give it a try! Service is always great and quick. I always get it to go. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

There was no line as I approached to order. The oxtails were priced at Market price. Needless to say , I didn't ask the price. But, I got 3 oxtails with rice and cabbage. The oxtails were seasoned and meaty . The plantain was just ok. It's a casual ambiance in the mall. A high ticket price for a mall meal. But, it was good!

The oxtail plate I got from here was a great choice for my first visit here. I'm glad that the Wolfchase Galleria has another food option to choose from. My food was really good! The only problem I had was that even though my oxtails were VERY tender, I still wanted the juice and seasonings from the pot to be on my plate which is usually something I didn't have to ask for at other spots. Other than that, it was a pretty good plate and I'm excited to try something else.

First time experience, did not know there was another Carib place in town! Service: Located in the heart of the food court it brings a nice friendly, family island vibe. All that was missing was music! Food: They are very generous with portions! Would not recommend their rice and peas; too mushy and was missing something flavor wise. But their curry chicken was okay; tender and spice nice. Their cabbage was okay too; not greasy and well cooked. Hope they expand their menu and location outside of the mall soon!

This is a fairly new restaurant in Wolfchase Mall. I've heard great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. The service was fast. The ordering wasn't complicated. The serving size was huge and worth the price! I decided to try the oxtail dinner, which comes with rice and peas and potatoes. There may have been 3 baby potatoes. There was a small portion of cabbage. I wanted to try the jerk chicken, but they don't offer la carte for their meat options. The oxtails were meaty and delicious. The gravy was plentiful to enhance the rice and peas. I tried the mac and cheese as well. If you want the cheesy mac as if you were at a soul food spot, skip this one. The taste wasn't bad. It was on the lighter side of color and cheese.

The food was great, very friendly customer service. I could eat off the plate for two days

Plantains, ox tail. Highly recommend. Great food, great, service, great attitudes!

Went to the mall to get a pretzel. Cruised the food court. Saw Oxtails (my son likes them). I've never had Jamaican food before. The absolute best fried plantains I have ever had! The oxtails were great! Sampled the curry goat (fri, Sat, Sun only) it was great. Sides were great also. The workers (owners and cooks I think) were very nice, great service cared about the food and my enjoying it. I hanky recommend!

Stew chicken, cabbage, macaroni and cheese.

The food is quite tasty (especially the stew chicken) but the portions of the sides (cabbage, plantain ) is smaller than most Jamaican spots. They serve a large portion of rice and peas.

Had heard about this place, it is in the Wolfchase Food Court, so I would assume they have mall hours, and decided to try it for lunch. There was a constant, but moving, line of folks waiting to get served. The food actually came up pretty quickly. We had the jerk chicken and rasta pasta and both were good. The spice was actually a good balance and not all hot but still maintained a kick.

This place has a warm and inviting feel, that makes it feel like home. Since I was little indecisive on what to opt for, I decided on two entrees. This included the jerk chicken Alfredo & the Catfish and grits. Immediately, I noticed how large the portions are (which is a plus). As it relates to both entrees, the catfish and grits was pretty decent. In my honest opinion the star was the perfectly seasoned and crisp fish (grits were ok) but, I would definitely order again. The jerk chicken Alfredo was quite tasty. It was perfectly seasoned and jammed packed with flavor. (I would only suggest an extra side of Alfredo, as I love a creamy Alfredo pasta. ) Not pictured, I ordered the Berry Me & Jolly Rancher juice. These were a much better and exclusive option instead of a traditional punch packed with sugar. All in all, I would definitely revisit Trap Fusion again.
