After briefly hinting that he was thinking of going to the restaurant for Christmas dinner, my boyfriend's dad found himself harranged by three members of staff, a diary book and a selection of Christmas menus for a good twenty minutes, before having to ask them (politely) to leave him alone. Perhaps he should have expected it really - he was probably the only person to query having Christmas dinner here (what about turkey & all the trimmings?!)
