Customers were lined up, no notice was put on their Instagram page, which they swear by to have the latest information (because they don't answer the phone or emails) and the store closed! Before responding to any of these customers, with what was written on their Instagram page, they post an "event" which you then have to grab tickets to be able to buy needohs tomorrow at their Grand Central location. The fact that this was posted first, before issuing an apology to customers that traveled there today and allowing these people first access to tomorrow, they did not have a care for their customers. Last time in, they asked my wife to come back and pick up the scooter for my daughter later on, because their best gift-wrapper wasn't there at the moment.
