If I lived closer, I might consider a membership to save costs, but I live too far currently to justify that. The cafe food was mid, and again too expensive. I booked these movers a month ago. Bellhop never mentioned until after my move that I would be…read morecharged for the minimum 3 hours time block. In fact, when I booked it, I wasn't allowed to book for anything less than 3 hours. I was told that this would be considered a local move. I was paying for 2 movers and a truck. On the day of the move, they sent 5 men, completed the move in 1.5 hrs and still charged me for the full service. I'm also upset because Bellhop instructed me to dismantle the furniture to ensure I saved time and also money which I did. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I reached out to them to request a partial refund for the time not used and they have refused.
