Worst company ever. They will skip your pick up week after week after week and then blame it on you when you address it. Very hostile towards their customers. B E W A R E read more

We signed up with Little Dumpsters because a salesman came to the door and we were sold on them being a small local company. We never had any issues at first, however lately the service has been very inconsistent. Delivery issues were generally resolved the following day but now in the past couple of months they have missed us entirely for a whole week. As of now we are approaching 3 weeks. Each time it seems to be a different story. First their vehicles needed service, and there was a warranty issue, bad weather (which I totally get) but then weather would be blamed when there was none. Unfortunately we can't support them anymore. Maybe we will try again in a year or so, but we need something more reliable. It is also very difficult to reach anyone as the mailbox is full, emails go unanswered. But I will say this, recently they have been doing better with the follow up, I believe it may be the owner who has been emailing us and communicating with us. So there is a plus there. read more

Short version: AVOID LITTLE DUMPSTERS! At the start of my service they were pretty good at a reasonable cost. They raised my rates three times nearly doubling the cost. They routinely miss the weekly pickup with no credit given. Multiple excuses (weather, truck broken down, driver unavailable, etc). Finally had enough of their poor service and inflated prices and switched back to Waste Management. read more

No stars horrible horrible company at first I ordered 2 trash cans I got 1 and didn't get my other till months down the road. Than they just decide when to show up I have 8 people in my house and 6 pets we can't have a missed trash day!!! Than I call and call they don't answer and just say they will be by tomorrow which still they probably won't be !!!! Oh ya they gave me 12$ back for the inconvenience are you kidding me read more

Little Dumpsters - Over 2 weeks no pick up - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Parker, Colorado

This trash collection service is the worst that I have ever had. Missed several scheduled pick up dates, but the final one solidified closing the account. For over a month, they missed the pick up of our recyclables. When I pointed this out, the customer service rep said that they had pictures of the curb without the bin in front. I asked them to send to photo and, you guessed it, it wasn't our home. When asked how soon a truck would be sent to pick up the recyclables, I was told that she would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back. The punch line - I closed the account. Then I received an email wanting a confirmation AND stating that there would be a $48 bin removal fee. I'm not expecting that they will be able to find our house given they have been looking in the wrong place for over a month. I am also looking into breach of contract and rescinding the $48 fee. Lots of similar stories on this site. read more

Just like others a nice young man knocked on my door offering trash service for a much better price than the company I was using so I signed up. After about one month of good service they didn't pickup my trash yesterday. We have tried calling and emailing with no answers or call back. How can you provide customer service if you don't answer your phone or respond to messages? Bottom line is don't waste your money with this company! read more

They are the absolute worst. Horrible customer service. They do not pick up trash on time. They missed my whole street and another for trash pick up. Everyone's trash cans are turned over on the ground, so sloppy. I can tell everyone that works for this company absolutely hates their job. The garbage guys do not care at all they leave left over trash and recycling everywhere and don't pick it up after they dropped it on the ground. I wish we didn't give them a Christmas bonus, it definitely didn't make them do better. read more

Little Dumpsters is the garbage and recycling service selected by our HOA. We have not had an issue with trash pick-ups; however, two of our recycling bins have been tossed into their truck rather than left on the curb. I realize incidents can occur; their customer service response to the situation is another story. The first time a bin disappeared on recycling day, we figured oh well and didn't make a fuss. Then another one went missing on June 29. My husband called the company and asked for a call back. We never received one. A week later, I called and never received a call back despite stating that my husband had already called. Tonight, I actually got a person on the line and explained the situation since half of my recycling containers are now gone. The woman on the phone said there was no way they would ever take someone's recycling containers and that it was possible someone walked to our home and took it. She said they would be happy to bring one of their totes to us, although there would be a $48 delivery fee plus monthly rental. She also said it "would just be easier and cheaper for you to go buy some new bins." When I explained that their mistake should not become my financial responsibility, she passed me off to a man who once again said they would never take a recycling container and he knew that for sure because he was one of the drivers. His suggestion was to use an old trash can, write "recycling" on a piece of paper and tape it to the trash can. Basically, each of them might as well have just said, "We don't give a shit. It's your problem." As a former business owner, I told them that any of my mistakes did not become my customer's problem, but they could have cared less. I just left another message letting them know that our Ring doorbell shows video of them tossing one of the bins in their truck. I doubt I'll hear back. Accidents happen; how you handle it is key. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and the only reason they received two stars instead of one is that they at least pick up on time. read more

Constantly not picking up trash. Never answering their phones and voicemail is always full. If you use them, you will regret it.

It made me click one star but they don't even deserve that. Negative stars. Terrible company. Missed 5 pickups at least in last year. Trash us still here from Christmas. Its now Jan 3. Several calls and 7 emails. No resolution. Completely unacceptable. read more

Little Dumpsters - Little Dumpsters is a terrible company. Never hire them this trash is from before Christmas. Its now Jan 3. Completely unacceptable - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Parker, Colorado

I have never experienced such horrible costumer service. They never answer their phones nor pick up the trash. Our trash has been sitting outside for 3 weeks now. They say it's because of the snowstorm, but the roads have been completely clear for the last two weeks. It's probably going to sit for another 3 weeks due to the ACTUAL snowstorm we are about to get. No one wants to call back or reply to emails. My wife left a review, and they got back to her then. So apparently the only way for them to respond is by writing bad reviews about them. They have raised their prices twice, and we have only been with them for about 6 months now. This time they won't even tell us how much the price was raised and told us not to call and ask them, to just wait until we receive our next bill. It's been impossible to get a hold of them to inquire about what the new price is. Why would anyone want to wait to know what kind of price they will be paying???? And why would anyone want to pay more money for service that they aren't even receiving?? We like to support small family businesses, but when they can't uphold their service, I'm sorry but it's not worth it at that point. Especially when the customer service isn't responsive, and we have to repeatedly call just to figure out what is going on. That is there job not ours. We were willing to work with them when they were responsive and good customer service, however it's been the complete opposite. If you're going to own a business it's important to be responsive, kind, and reliable. Having trash sit outside for three weeks is a good way to attract racoons, we have children and dogs, we don't need racoons hanging around chillin in our trash. We would bring the trash back in, but we don't ever know when they will try to come pick it up due to the lack of communication, and at this point there is so much trash out there it would be ridiculous to carry bags of trash in and out every week. read more

I was promised that Little Dumpsters is better than other trash companies that service our neighborhood when we signed up in February 2022. They have missed or have been delayed picking up our trash 13 times. One of those times, we were told that it was marked as picked up. I told them I've got 2 street facing cameras and would be happy to send footage that proved otherwise. We live in a cul-de-sac with 13 houses. The trucks have one way in, and one way out. I work from home and see everything from my office monitor. There are 3 other trash companies that pick up my neighbor's trash. They are always on time! We canceled service (ending January 31st) with Little Dumpsters and will be switching to another company in February 2023. read more

Little Dumpsters is a pathetic excuse for a waste disposal organization that highly unreliable. They are CONTRACTED through several HOAs and organizations. They continuously fail to fulfill their contractual obligations. When they fail to adhere to the schedule that they provide, there is always one excuse or another. Yes, it certainly is a dirty job, but it is one that Little Dumpsters frequently fails to professionalize. Consistent service is clearly not part of their company motto. Perhaps their organizational slogan should be "Little Dumpsters, we handle our responsibilities kind of when we feel like it". Pathetic company. I for one will be lobbying our HOA to seek services elsewhere and hopefully help put Little Dumpsters out of business. read more

It's a shame you can't give this company zero stars. We have been with them for about six months and the service has been absolutely awful. Five times they have not picked up our recycle. Go to waste management. Don't waste your money on this company read more

I really want to like these guys as they are the underdog company. But their service is nonexistent. But they are sure glad to keep charging! I am wondering if they need to be approved by Aurora. I think I'll look and see if I can post a complaint to whoever governs their service. Anyway, they didn't show last week at all. This week they said they would do Monday pickup on Tuesday. Never showed. Wendy called back--not sure why she did as she showed she couldn't care less. She said they won't be here this week since they are down two trucks, so next visit is next Monday. I asked how do we know we'll see you then? And that we'll decide whether to cancel service. Her reply: Is there anything else I can help you with? Obviously not! (The last time I considered posting a poor review was when they didn't pickup for several weeks. We complained and they said we didn't have our cans at the curb. And attached a picture of someone else's house!) read more

Unfortunately, they are unreliable. Our trash and recycling has been sitting in front of our house for 2 weeks. Each call says they will be there for pick-up the next day, and they never show up. The reason is that the snow storm one week ago has delayed pick-up. There is zero communication, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Zero stars, and if you use this company expect to see it for a few weeks when you look out your window. read more

Little Dumpster has been a dumpster fire. They have missed picking up our trash and recycle multiple times and had countless delays with terrible communication. We went 6 weeks without a recycle pick up. We are essentially paying for a service they aren't offering! We are trying to get out of our contract and they are attempting to charge us to cancel. Absolute worst trash company I've ever had to deal with. I went with them to support a local business. They raised my rate three times in 2022. Completely unreliable. If you use this company, you could lose thousands of dollars on equipment rentals and labor because there's a chance they won't show up. They didn't show up the day they were supposed to with the dumpsters. Finally showed up and then picked up dumpster 3 days early before it was full, costing us hundreds of dollars in extended rentals and labor. I'm now left without a dumpster, and debris that I planned to load today but can't because they picked up dumpster prior to due date. They keep telling us they can't get us on the schedule for today or tomorrow, and we're stuck with equipment but no dumpsters. I can't even believe this company is run the way it is. Very disappointing. RUN! Lost money, so much stress and no resolutions. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST company i have ever had the displeasure of doing buisness with. Compared to their competitors they do less work and charge about 50$ more a quarter. They're constantly late or just dont show up for weeks on end. There is no customer service agents available to speak to and if you do call you will be sent to voice-mail. Save yourself time and money by going with someone else. Horrible company. Just moved here- we are being forced to use them thru our HOA and they already charged us because we had "too much recycling". Then the second recycle day, we watched on our camera as one guy lifted our recycle bins, looked in, and grabbed a couple boxes set on the side of our recycle bins. Then, they watched as boxes blew away, got back in the truck, and left. Called multiple times, no answer, no call back, and as it stands....their vm is full. read more

In the past we have had minor issues with drivers that appear to have been addressed, I wasn't entirely sure about this company until this morning when they showed up before we had the trash out. To our surprise, instead of passing us by, the driver collected our garbage can from the side of the house and took care of us. I have never had that attention to detail with a trash service before. Last week when I called, they called back immediately with the answers to my questions. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that their voicemail is always full so you can't leave a message, however they have managed to see my missed calls each time and promptly reach out. Sometimes it is hard to tell with trash collection companies, but we are very happy with their service read more

I have given Little Dumpsters 8 months to get it together and unfortunately it's time to go. We cheer for the underdog in our household which is why we made the switch from Waste Connections last year. The sales guy signed up 12 people in our neighborhood that day and nearly everyone has moved their service elsewhere. It's a shame that they continue to try and build their business when they can't take care of the customers they already have. We have consistently had to move in our recycle bins after they sit out for days. All to move them back out and not have them come even when they said they would. Our trash is always late in the day if they do come and I live in a neighborhood where it's embarrassing to have trash out for 24 hours. I just don't understand the barriers to getting things done. Pay your people more? Figure out the problems with staffing. I get short staffed, I get the pandemic, I get problems. However if you can't get it together and you continue to let your customers down you won't make it in these times. read more

Well where do I start. Initially I signed up to get away from Waste management. I was told this was a local business. I really regret this decision. It took almost a month to get my containers. Don't even.... 1. Inconsistent/incompetent trash pickup: about 1/2 the time they actually make it on the scheduled day. But not usually trash and recycling. That would be setting the bar too high. Hopefully the wind or dogs don't get to it before they eventually get by to retrieve the remainder. Once, they dumped the recycling into the regular trash truck...and left the trash (I watched 'em), because it was a whole other can (and you can only have additional bags--not cans). They made sure they followed their rule book on that day. ONE CAN ONLY!!! 2. The lifting apparatus on one of their trucks is REALLY rough on the cans. If it's their cans, I wouldn't care--but thankfully, I noticed it before my 90 gallon (EXPENSIVE!!!) cans were destroyed completely. Apparently other customers were not so lucky. Put your crappy cans out for 'em--not your good ones! 3. I think they scored the 'Mother Lode' (yes, that's the correct spelling of Lode, btw) by getting one or more entire subdivisions to service, and so the rest of us.....well, they'll try to do us a favor and get by here when they can. 4. ...and if you still insist on signing up with them, please ask them to obey the speed limit while in your neighborhood Lastly, I am SO excited to be on my last month with them (WARNING: they'll 'auto bill' you while you still have at least a month remaining. They're NOT inconsistent on that!) Goodbye and good riddance!!! read more

Little Dumpsters is the worst!! Even tried to cancel service after the trash was not picked up for 3 weeks. They sent us a past due notice, when we finally got through on the phone, they said they were going to fix the past due and pick up the canisters. To our surprise the dropped off two more canisters. So how long is it going to take for them to pick up 4 canisters? read more

I had signed up with them for residential service because I liked the idea of using a locally owned business. My problems arose when I signed up for service online, and requested bins and they never showed up. When I called the number I had for them, I had a hard time finding someone to speak to, and was ultimately told that I apparently hadn't signed up for bins and would need to purchase my own, which I did. I asked, then, if what I was paying included bin rental, and received no response. A few times I did not have my garbage or recycling picked up, and was notified late (often too late) that they'd need to pick it up another day. If I missed that communication (usually through email), then I was out of luck until the next week. While some of the delays were weather related (and I should note: it's Denver--be prepared for snow if you're a business that relies on trucks), some were not, and they simply didn't pick up my trash and/or recycling that day for whatever reason. All in all, I was dissatisfied with the service and wrote an email to someone who had emailed about a previous cancellation to terminate my service. It turns out it was the owner. After arguing back-and-forth on email, I ultimately said I was ending our service with them. I then received a bill for the next three months, and I called the number to ask why I was receiving a bill, I once again got a voicemail. I got a call back, talked to the route manager, and explained this situation. He said they never received or confirmed the confirmation, and since I had a one-year contract (where is that? I didn't sign a one year contract), and since I'm cancelling, they would need to invoice me a cancellation fee. I told him I wouldn't pay, and so he said fine, we'll set a collection agency on you. Now, please note the attached photo, which states their cancellation policy. Even if they wanted to claim they didn't get my cancellation in time, today is Tuesday, and the first pickup would have been this Friday--so I'm still cancelling before the new period would have begun! All this is to say that this is a small business that doesn't seem to be able to handle the amount of customers they seem to have. Maybe my experience is unique, but I cannot recommend anyone use them. They want to say "we went by your house and there was no garbage out" and I want to yell "because I cancelled my service and you never picked it up on time anyway!" I'm weirdly neurotic about taking out the garbage, so if it wasn't out, it's probably because I pulled it back when I didn't think they were coming (by the way, there's no set schedule for when they pick up your garbage--just the day; by night, I'm sure I pulled it back, because I expected--based on my experience--they weren't coming). I'm glad they take photos, but that only proves that my cans weren't there when they were there--it doesn't say whether or not they had communicated to me when they were going to pick up the trash. More, they never once--in the past month, while they were taking all those photos--called and been like "Hmm, it seems like you haven't been putting out your trash." No, they were content with my money, but not with servicing me as customer. It's only after I touched base with them that any kind of accusations came my way. I tried to be cordial, and they threaten me with bogus cancellation fees and collection agents. I find it ironic a company this bad about picking up stuff needs to hire another company to collect for them. read more

My trash doesn't get picked up half the time and they change the day they come by constantly. Every week I stress whether or not my trash will get picked up at all, even though my trash has been out there for half the week. I have tried calling before about getting a recycling bin, trying to get help with my issues, etc and I've gotten no response. They have never returned my calls or the emails I've sent. Additionally, their intial sales rep that came to my door was terrible. Wouldn't take no for an answer and made me feel uncomfortable. It's been months since I saw that guy but it left an impression. Don't bother with Little Dumpsters. Genuinely just a bad experience all around. read more

I started services through little dumpsters 3 months ago after moving into my first house. A door to door salesman had offered the services and I thought why not. I paid 3 months in advance for trash and recycle bins. First off they never delivered the recycle bin. They also NEVER answer their phones and NEVER call back. It almost became a routine to call them every week for 3 months. Emails and calls are never answered. They also would pick up the trash at different times of the day so we could never catch the driver to ask if they had any way to get ahold of the company. Honestly it's hard to make me write a bad review but BEWARE of this company they are cheap but for a few extra dollars you can have a bit of customer service. read more

A train wreck of hot burning garbage. Little Dumpsters sucks at just about everything. Okay, they're really good at a few things like coating the street in hydraulic fluid, feeding spilled garbage to wildlife, and not returning phone calls. Like, really good at those things.
