Their cancellation policy is that you cannot reschedule a class without a week's notice. Which doesn't take a family's real life into account. If you don't give them a week's notice, you are out the money for that lesson and your child will not receive any instruction. They do not prorate for Spring Break, Winter Break and Thanksgiving Break, even though they are closed during those times. They follow the Temecula Unified School district's calender and aren't open during those breaks, but you still pay full price for those months. Lastly, and most importantly, they're swindlers. I had complained about the cancelation policy to them over the phone and stated that I would be looking for a new music school for my daughter AFTER her recital on the 29th of April. I wrote a review on Google that was critical of their cancelation policy as well. In retaliation they dropped my daughter from their school. But of course this was AFTER they were perfectly happy to tale my money for the full month of April. Now they have swindled me out of over $200 and my daughter is unable to perform in the recital she spent months preparing for. I have demanded a refund of that money, but we'll see how that goes. When I demanded an explanation, I was told that my daughter was dropped from the school because of the review I left on Google. ​So I wouldn't trust good reviews because apparently the policy is to drop your child and steal your money if you leave a critical review. I feel the need to also say that they did not tell me my daughter had been dropped from their school. I found out yesterday when I dropped my daughter off. No notice, no nothing. They just took my money and dropped my daughter for a critical review.

She's performed at a venue before the pandemic and now she's performed online. This has given her so much more confidence. It is such a delight to hear her play and I know she enjoys it because I never made her. I know however, that some parents expect a certain measure of practical piano progress in their children and if you're looking for that, Michelle is great! She works with kids to help them practice on their own and assigns light homework to keep them directed. Michelle offers online instruction and also in-home instruction but with very strict infection control regulations. She is very cautious and cares about not spreading disease. Immediately I knew that she was the right teacher for me. It was obvious that she is not just naturally fun and easygoing, but also a true technician when it comes to the craft of singing. If you have even the slightest nervousness about voice lessons, Kristina is your teacher. She never makes you sing alone unless you want to! And between all of the fun exercises, it's a very gradual, very non-intimidating path towards singing solo *if you want to.* I know she has pro-level students as well, but Kristina is definitely beginner-friendly. I committed to one lesson a week for a year and it was amazing. Gabi helped me discover what my vocal strengths are, helped with my weaknesses, and taught me all kinds of techniques to use when singing.
