I am glad we stopped here since we've been looking for a good sit down pizza place, this place reminds me of places from the 90s but with better quality. Tons of space for various part sizes and the full bar was really nice to see! Our family got a mix of food to try out: pizzas, baked spaghetti, Philly sandwich, kids chicken nuggets. Everything was phenomenal and was perfectly portioned compared to the price. The waitress we had was super sweet and came by to fill up our drinks quickly, we had no issues from the moment we walked in to the time we left fat and happy. We can't wait to come by and try other menu options!

The restaurant itself is pretty small and mainly does takeout, but that just adds to the charm. Even when there's a long wait, the staff is super friendly and always acknowledges you, which goes a long way. The pizza is very good. I usually prefer New York-style pizza, but this was still excellent in its own way. The best part is the cheese-to-sauce ratio. Lately I've noticed a lot of places piling on way too much sauce, but Zack's gets it just right. Every bite has a good balance without the sauce overpowering everything. Overall, it's a great little local spot and a must-visit for pizza lovers in the area.

No complains there as that is our preference for pizza crust. Toppings are smidge skimpy according to my husband, but I personally did not think so. The price point is unbeatable so that makes up for the "skimpy" toppings. 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for around $25 is a bargain anywhere! The shop is take out only. Literally there is a service counter as soon as you walk through the door. Parking available up front, but having to back out into the main road kinda blind is a bit scary. I believe that there is parking out back if you don't want to risk backing into a busy road. You can order everything through the website so this made everything super duper easy! Will definitely return.

As I arrived, I was greeted by a charming stand-alone building with convenient, hassle-free parking right out front. Inside, the atmosphere was incredibly cozy, spotless, and inviting: * Interior Vibe: The ordering area buzzes with brightness and cleanliness, featuring sleek wood-look flooring, warm lighting, and playful touches like pizza-themed signs and a glowing neon pizza peel on the wall. * Wood-Fired Hearth: The highlight of the space is the stunning brick wood-fired oven, where flickering flames and glowing coals crackle as fresh meals are cooked to perfection. The pizza was absolutely fantastic: * Crust: Handcrafted with a flavorful, seasoned finish and just the right amount of rustic, wood-fired char. * Toppings: Generously piled with melted cheese, savory bacon, and juicy, blistered cherry tomatoes. Every bite was a delight, and my experience from start to finish was truly memorable. I highly recommend visiting Southern Fired Foods whenever you're in the area!

Unfortunately, this one was a pretty big disappointment. We placed an order online, and my husband picked it up on his way home. I ordered a cheese pizza, expecting the thin crust that was advertised, but the dough was very thick instead. It also felt like there wasn't nearly enough cheese on the pizza. My husband had the pepperoni with extra cheese and felt the same way -- it just didn't live up to the expectations we had going in. For nearly $30 for two 10-inch pizzas, I expected much more in terms of quality and value. The experience just didn't match the recommendations or the hype. What made it more frustrating was that one of the people who originally recommended it mentioned that he had actually gone the same day and was also disappointed with the quality. He found out the owner wasn't there that day and said that was likely the reason for the difference. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm willing to believe this may have just been an off day, especially since so many people had great things to say.

As we approached we saw the help wanted sign in the window and my wife said be prepared for slow service. Several tables were empty and we were told to sit anywhere. Shortly afterwards I noticed that there was a line out the door for pickup. They do a good take out business. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were just ok. Somehow I expected more than just mozzarella stuffed mushrooms. No real thought went into the dish. We also ordered a chef's salad and that exceeded our expectations for both presentation and quality. One small thing. I have a pet peeve about the entrees coming to the table while we are still working on the appetizer and that's what happened here. Our server, Taylor, did apologize and said that the mushroom appetizer takes longer to cook than most other appetizers and so our food was ready at the same time. Minus one star. I ordered the Greek pizza and holy cow was it good. I'm going to try to attach a picture. Truth is that I'm still eating it two days later. I could only eat two slices and I took most of the 14" pizza home. It's very heavy! And delicious. Would I go back again? Soon I hope.
