This location STILL does not accept Little Caesar's gift cards! Nearly one month later, I returned to see if I could FINALLY use up the gift card I've been carrying around. I heard the same thing an employee told me on April 16: "The credit card company can't read our gift cards. We're working with them." I shared they've supposedly been working with them for a month now, and asked for the franchise owner's phone number, as I'm sure they'd like to know of this issue. The gal who took my order, Patti, I believe, walked to the manager, who then walked over to me and said, "I'm the manager. What can I do for you?" I explained my request was for the franchise owner's phone number. The manager refused to share the phone number with me. That a franchised location can refuse payment from a corporate gift card is ridiculous. That the issue continues for more than 28 days is even more troubling. It takes a simple phone call to troubleshoot a credit card terminal, and an on-site visit will do just fine in cases where a phone call doesn't work. Surely, they could have accommodated either/both in the last 28 days. If there still is no resolution, 28 days is plenty of time to leave a credit card processor and switch to one capable of processing your own gift cards. Note to future Little Caesar's gift card givers: Either give cash or pick another place. read more
