After living in the Shores for a few years now, I can happily say this Little Caesar's location is consistently good. LC isn't my favorite, but it truly hits the spot. Ordering online is super easy. You can even schedule your order to be ready at a certain time, which is convenient for families or anyone stopping in after work. I've ordered here a handful of times now and my order has always been ready at the given time. You can pick up inside at their "Pizza Portal." You'll get a push notification or email when the order is ready. From there you punch in your personal code and your order will be there for you to pick up. Contactless and easy! I never thought of Little Caesar's as flavorful, but the Italian Cheese Bread packs a punch and the deep dish is spiced perfectly as well. Quick and easy spot in the Shores. Large deep dish and Italian cheese bread is about $13. read more

Love the order on line service let's you know when the pizza is in the oven and ready to pick up. And they put plenty of toppings on too.

Yesterday my sister and I were hungry and Little Caesars Pizza sounded delicious! I opened the app and seen there was a deal for an ExtraMostBestest Pizza and stuffed crazy bread for $7.99. Deal! I ordered via the app. Ordering was easy to input card number and info. Our pizza said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got a notification as soon as the pizza was ready, which was sooner than 20 minutes. I picked up my items via the Pizza Portal. I have never used this function before. I inputted my code and a window opened so I could retrieve my items. You don't have to interact with employees. The food was delicious. Pizza was cooked perfectly. The stuffed crazy bread reminded me of bosco sticks, except much better. I'd buy both items again! read more

Little Caesar's Pizza - a pepperoni pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Saint Clair Shores, Michigan

it's not like it matters rating them because they're still gonna be crappy. I'm not sure why this specific store doesn't allow extra cheese, especially when you're pay for it. But then when you look it up online, they allow it supposedly. read more

I think they forgot that the name of the pizza is hot and ready!!! because none are ever ready

Really not much to say... It's Little Caesars after all. Is it the best pizza? No. Is it hot, and ready when the craving hits? Heck yeah. I don't really interact with anyone here as I use the Pizza Portal but my order is always ready when I arrive. read more

I had an Uber eats delivery that included a 2L Pepsi that I was charged for but didn't get. The driver said it wasn't given to her and said I should call the store. When I called the store I was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. It was like being hung up on! read more

A DELICIOUS hot and ready pizza that I picked up yesterday quick for lunch at 1 pm with my Mom at this location. I did not have time to take any photos except the outside when I pulled in the parking lot in a handicap spot which was perfect right by the door. The inside was very clean, cooler stocked with pop to go. A few benches by window to sit and wait for your pizza. The inside temperature was nice and cool in there for all the people that are working making pizzas in this hot weather outside. I didn't catch the manager's name he looked Italian, nice tan, mustache was very pleasant and happy to say hello and serve me with a hot and ready round pizza to go.. $5 plus tax $ 5.30 total. The crust was very fluffy had a crunch to it but perfectly cooked the way we like it. The flavorful sauce, lots of cheese and pepperoni. NO complaints! WE made it home in 10 minutes time and it was still Hot and Ready to enjoy!! THANK YOU ! We will keep you in mind next time when we need to grab a hot and ready to go when cruising down Harper near Martin Road. WHOEVER made the pizza On this day at lunch time?? Our compliments to the Chef congratulations.. They did a great job !! read more

Use to be solid. Last few times, not good. Last time there,a few days ago,got my pizza home, not cooked all the way through. Salad was kinda old,,wilted you could see thru the cucumber. I always throw something in the tp jar and NEVER have been thanked working with the public can be stressful, but there was no one there. Chick that waited on me had the personality of cardboard. Last trip there. read more

Yes good customer service, BUT they messed up my order.... Inconvenient having to drive back to have them fix it

No clue what they're doing beyond hot n ready. Ordered online, recieved the notification 10 minutes later that my order was ready. Arrived at the store to be told that they are still working on my order. After waiting in store for an additional 15 minutes and asking the cashier twice about my order,i was informed that they messed up my double pepperoni and bread stick order and it would be another 15 minutes. Ended up leaving with a pizza that sat there as long as i did. Go ANYWHERE else read more

The people that have working there now won't even answer the phone to take a order. I tried three times to call in an order and they never answered. Then I went in to get a pizza and dialed them again. Even though the phone was ringing right in front of the girl she wouldn't pick it up. Just lazy read more

Got 2 pizzas from my local little Caesar's and they went 0/2. Wasn't expecting much but I was nonetheless surprised. Zach was the worker making the pizzas. He must be fighting something know one knows about. read more

Pizza is always consistent and fast . Love this one . Will not go to another little ceasers

This Little Caesar's generally has really good food and customer service. I have only had a few long waits to get pizza during their busy times. Ordering online is super easy, and picking up in the store with the pizza holder. The only issue that I came across, was the website does not allow to have any write in's on the order. I wanted "the crust done" with the addition of butter and parm, just like the crazy bread. I called after placing my order to see if they could put it on there or if I missed where on the website there was an option, or even an option to write a note. The lady stated that there was no option when placing it online, so therefore I could not get it. That stinks, and moving forward I will not place my order online which also stinks because there are rewards for online orders not phone. I am just unsatisfied with the system. read more

Hot and ready? Naw, wait your self 30 minutes and STILL counting. The lobby is full of people waiting and so many people walking out.

Great! Short or nonexistent waits. Nice employees. Good delicious pizza. Overall pretty good

Ok ok, quit laughing. I was in a hurry for dinner after leaving the hospital visiting my mom. Not willing to cook a dinner and not wanting to eat out I decided hmmm pizza-pizza. Well you know what...it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Maybe because I got it straight from the oven and not sitting in the heater box but it was actually tasty. Nice chunks of green pepper and onion and mushrooms. Not Supinos by any stretch even if I was on drugs, or even a suburban Buddys but for $10 what the hell. read more

Rude. Ordered my pizza through the app... no option to Add parm to the pizza. I called and asked politely. Guy gave me a simple "no" to which I asked "uhhhh why?" And he responded that he didn't know why. Uhm okay. Then asked if he could make sure my red sauce was in the bag because last time I ordered from here I only ordered breadsticks and when it was delivered there was no dipping sauce. He said he would make sure.... I said well don't you need my name or something? And he replied no and hung up. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life but this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Little Caesar's and nothing will ever be rectified because apparently the incredibly rude and nasty manager Denise is the franchise owner. How this place has stayed in business baffles me. We received a pizza that very obviously had elements of rotting dough and when we called to let them know she started yelling at us saying she's been making pizza longer than we've been born and how dare we tell her how to make pizza. The pizza was bad. Don't go here unless you'd like to risk food poisoning or be chewed out because she can't handle the fact she doesn't know how make pizza after 30 years. Insanely disappointed. Thanks for nothing Denise. read more

Walked in, ordered 3 Hot and Ready pizzas. Paid, and waited. The guy at the counter said 8 mins. I waited about 15 mins, watching people who came in after me buying Hot and Ready pizzas and leaving. Finally, I went and asked for my order, and he was very rude. He said "I'm working on it". Finally, I got my pizzas, and I told him I'm not coming back. He didn't care. Very poor customer service. read more

I've been to this Little Caesars a handful of times in the past 10 years. Always had pretty quick service, fairly friendly, no complaints. It's definitely a small store. Not much sitting space, in case you're waiting. But overall, it's been a decent experience. I used to work at Little Caesars in college, so I'm sort of an expert ;) I don't eat here often, but my go-to has always been to order a baby pan pan pizza. Two tiny Square pieces of pizza. The perfect size for me so I don't have leftovers. Tonight, I called to order my normal baby pan pan. The employee answer the phone and let me know that they don't sell baby pan pan anymore. Boo :-( that bums me out. So I asked what else I could get as an alternative. She said there isn't one. It said can I just get a couple slices of pizza? She said they don't do slices. I said is there a manager I could talk to you or is there something else you could offer me instead of the baby pan pan? She put me on hold for a few moments and came back to tell me we don't sell baby pan pan. At this point, I took a deep breath and said are you sure there isnt something else I can get it that's kind of like a baby pan pan? She said that I could order the lunch combo which is 4 Square deep dish slices and a 20 ounce for $5. Well, this is kind of exactly what I was asking for - a baby pan pan but with a bonus two pieces and a 20 ounce of pop. Sounds like a winner to me! That's what I ordered and just picked up. I found that to be a very frustrating interaction. I don't think it reflects negatively on the business overall. So I hope my next experience is a bit more customer friendly. read more

Best Hot and Ready around! Both the pizza and Crazy Bread exceeded expectations. For a $10 meal that will feed 2-3, its hard to beat. I have had other Hot and Readys before that tasted like something out of a High School cafeteria but you get the real deal at this location. read more

Called in my pizza order since they never have hot and ready ones ready. Went to pick up but would not take my 100 bill, smug counter person told me to go across the street and get change. The three people ahead of me spent at least that on food, my bill was 16.00 . Ok a petty inconvenience, I moved on, but after returning home my Supreme has no pepperoni..none. I called the mgr. and while courteous said it was my fault. The pizza's were good just not what I ordered.Next time I will definently go elsewhere. A simple sorry would have sufficed. read more
