We decided to try little ceasers instead of our usual friday night pizza hut. I got to the counter to order. We tried to order online for pick up but the website wouldn't let us. He asked what I wanted and I said a pepperoni pizza a cheese pizza a crazy combo and 12 wings. He then opened the register, took the money out and put it somewhere. Then asked me what I wanted, I told him again the 4 things. Not sure what he was doing but again asked me what I wanted and for the 3rd time I told him the same order. He then asked me if I wanted marinara sauce and I asked him, doesn't that come with the crazy combo, he said o yeah. I paid and he put the 2 pizzas on the counter, then the crazy bread and marinara. I asked where my wings were and he said he had to make them. I then asked him to put the food back in the warmers. We waited for the wings and when I got to the counter I saw a small box. I asked him if that was 12 wings. He stap back, turned around to look at the board then said they only come in an 8 count..... WHY DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED!!!!! Hire some more people for goodness sake. ordered my went to go pick it up and it said it was ready and when I got there, I sat in line for half an hour just to get two cars away for everybody to start leaving drove up to the drive-through window and they decided to close they were short staffed. This is not the first time this has happened neither the fifth time so stupid. please please hire some more people or leave Mount Vernon and put a better pizza place in. read more

I just find it frustrating when I had ordered something yesterday at 7pm and then didn't even get it until 8pm because at 730 they told me it was still getting worked on so we had to wait 15. We did and then it ended up being another 15 minutes, and then when I pulled up to the window they went to go see where it was because it was STILL in the oven and then finally when they brought it to the window literally before I even paid I told them the box didn't look right and I think they had the wrong order (I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and the box is usually small this one was almost twice that) the woman then looked at it and the tag and goes "yep this is the right one!" Then couldn't figure out how to do cash and card..which whatever because that happens but it's the fact just checking out after an hour of waiting still took 10 minutes and they got my order wrong, they gave me half pep and half cheese bread and I HATE their cheese bread so?? I looked at my receipt and that's clearly what I didn't order, I used to work at a couple pizza places so I normally would never care about this but it's the fact that nobody there knows what they're doing and just don't care, and no order should take an HOUR to be ready....maybe an hour wait for the person to pick up their food but cmon an hour till ur food is even out the oven? The oven that takes maybe 5-10 minutes because it's at 700 degrees? No it's the workers there that I can't stand. I don't understand why this place is open still when there could be so many other things we could have with better management as well. I just did a pick up order after ordering online. My order was ready on time. It was correct, fresh, and well done. The stix part of the slices and stix was well seasoned. I waited 30 minutes and came back and didn't even get greeted coming in. Had a worker walk right past me after her smoke break & didn't even help who was on the floor. Sat IN STORE & waited an extra 20 minutes before I was helped at front.. pizza is undercooked & im talking RAW dough, service was TERRIBLE & I was missing items. Was in Mount Vernon biking & fishing and we decided to grab a quick pizza in between activities. Even though reviews weren't great, we decided on Little Caesars. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. It was the best pizza my hubby and I have had from anywhere in years!!! Our large classic pepperoni pizza was hot, delicious and cooked to perfection! I baffled now why the 1.9 rating but our experience far exceeded that score. Will not hesitate to go back when we're in the area again. read more

Tried getting cheese bread or crazy bread 2 separate days this week. The first day I was told they are under staffed and only are doing pizza. We've decided we are done with this place completely. About a month ago I attempted to go through the drive through at around 2pm on a Sunday.. I stupidly sat there for 15 minutes and the only cars that moved were the ones that gave up and left. I finally did the same. Then last night I needed a last minute dinner and decided to stop in but this time I went inside. I got quick service but the staff was scary. Super dirty looking and unprofessional. This is probably the worst Little Caesars Pizza place ever!! Always a 20 to 30 minute wait just to order and then the hot and ready menu items are almost never hot and ready. Unfortunately this is the only one in this town. Poorly managed and the staff is almost always filthy.
