I just did a pick up order after ordering online. My order was ready on time. It was correct, fresh, and well done. The stix part of the slices and stix was well seasoned. Staff was friendly and got the order out of the kiosk before I even got the code off my phone so very prompt service. Store seemed clean. No issues. read more

Still a one star. Myself and other have waiting over an hour for food half is in the warmer while it takes them over 30 minutes to make bread. This company really needs to do something about there staff, either hire more people or get a whole new staff that can actually run this location. Pizza is cold after waiting 40 mins for bread is crazy. That's just not right so we are now heating it in the oven at home after we just got home. So disappointed at this point not sure what to even say. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Cold pizza after waiting 40 minutes for crazy bread - Pizza Near Me - Mount Vernon, Ohio

I'd like to give them more than one star, but they don't really deserve it. My husband went there. Waited in line for about five minutes. Nobody helped nobody to talk to him so then I called didn't get to talk to anybody. I only got the AI the AI said it would be 30 minute wait for just one pizza there was four people standing on the inside so we didn't get it and we're not going back there because it's so poorly run. read more

Owner/manager needs fired building needs shut down I've been waiting for an online order that was put in at 2:30 it is now 5:30. terrible terrible never come to this place to give it your money read more

We decided to try little ceasers instead of our usual friday night pizza hut. I got to the counter to order. We tried to order online for pick up but the website wouldn't let us. He asked what I wanted and I said a pepperoni pizza a cheese pizza a crazy combo and 12 wings. He then opened the register, took the money out and put it somewhere. Then asked me what I wanted, I told him again the 4 things. Not sure what he was doing but again asked me what I wanted and for the 3rd time I told him the same order. He then asked me if I wanted marinara sauce and I asked him, doesn't that come with the crazy combo, he said o yeah. I paid and he put the 2 pizzas on the counter, then the crazy bread and marinara. I asked where my wings were and he said he had to make them. I then asked him to put the food back in the warmers. We waited for the wings and when I got to the counter I saw a small box. I asked him if that was 12 wings. He stap back, turned around to look at the board then said they only come in an 8 count..... WHY DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED!!!!! I would have gotten 2 orders. To make it worse, when i got home my wings were cold, not room temp but cold. We wont be back unless its drive thru just for crazy bread. I did enjoy the Mexican OT they had blasting while we were waiting read more

I do DoorDash in the summer, as I'm off in the summer because of working at an elementary school. So this is basically my paycheck in the summer to help out with our bills and other misc things. So my husband and I were dashing one night, and doing pretty good, but we got to little Caesar's, and omg! An hour in line!! For a poor customer that had already ordered well in advance and paid! The line barely moved. The guy working inside was clueless. I normally don't say those types of things, but he truly was. Then tonight we had two back to back orders come in, so we drove there, and bam! Sign on the window that said closed at 930!! What?! Then why were you all accepting peoples orders still, and taking their money?! Awful! Not to mention that screwed me out of two orders which are tips I get paid in! I'm just shocked this location is still open! read more

Hire some more people for goodness sake. ordered my went to go pick it up and it said it was ready and when I got there, I sat in line for half an hour just to get two cars away for everybody to start leaving drove up to the drive-through window and they decided to close they were short staffed. This is not the first time this has happened neither the fifth time so stupid. please please hire some more people or leave Mount Vernon and put a better pizza place in. read more

I ordered few pizzas at 6:00 scheduled for 6:35. When my wife went to pick it up they said they hadn't even started it yet. She waited for an hour and still they had not started it. We ended up canceling it after an hour and a half of them not starting it. Instead, we ordered Domino's and they had it ready in 15 minutes read more

Hell no. 25 minutes on hold in the drive thru. After dialing 7403931865. Someone needs to make some changes. Pretty sad business. In line and on the phone 26 minutes now. read more

I just find it frustrating when I had ordered something yesterday at 7pm and then didn't even get it until 8pm because at 730 they told me it was still getting worked on so we had to wait 15. We did and then it ended up being another 15 minutes, and then when I pulled up to the window they went to go see where it was because it was STILL in the oven and then finally when they brought it to the window literally before I even paid I told them the box didn't look right and I think they had the wrong order (I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and the box is usually small this one was almost twice that) the woman then looked at it and the tag and goes "yep this is the right one!" Then couldn't figure out how to do cash and card..which whatever because that happens but it's the fact just checking out after an hour of waiting still took 10 minutes and they got my order wrong, they gave me half pep and half cheese bread and I HATE their cheese bread so?? I looked at my receipt and that's clearly what I didn't order, I used to work at a couple pizza places so I normally would never care about this but it's the fact that nobody there knows what they're doing and just don't care, and no order should take an HOUR to be ready....maybe an hour wait for the person to pick up their food but cmon an hour till ur food is even out the oven? The oven that takes maybe 5-10 minutes because it's at 700 degrees? No it's the workers there that I can't stand. I don't understand why this place is open still when there could be so many other things we could have with better management as well. Just horrible customer service, management, staff, food service, and all of the above. read more

I got there at 9:38 and my order was supposed to be ready at 9:43, walked in and they said they had 5 more orders ahead of mine and to wait 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and came back and didn't even get greeted coming in. Had a worker walk right past me after her smoke break & didn't even help who was on the floor. Sat IN STORE & waited an extra 20 minutes before I was helped at front.. pizza is undercooked & im talking RAW dough, service was TERRIBLE & I was missing items. Watched one person in there actually stay consistent while working and the others were taking smoke breaks outside.. do not recommend, very unprofessional, slow, and still wanted me to wait even when their was no one else in store. read more

Ordered a pizza online at 6:10, went inside to get the pizza at 6:30. Manager said it'll be done in 10 minutes. Come back in 10 minutes later he said the same thing. Ended up going back inside 3 times and behind told the same thing and pizza wasn't done till 7:10. Nasty restaurant as well 10/10 wouldn't recommend read more

I know little caesars in Mount Vernon has struggled with help for a while now, but we just picked up some of the best pizzas we've gotten from there in a long time! Fresh dough, cheese with a stretch, crispy pepperoni... very delicious! I called them to let them know I appreciated the quality we received tonight! read more

The girl at the window looked at me like I was stupid for asking for a hot and ready pizza then just stared at me till I left instead of telling me when pizza would be ready she said we have no pizza anytime soon. The tone before she wouldn't sell me the pizza that was ready cause and I quote wasn't the one that called and told her I was on my way what a joke to Moore I will call Tim apparently that's who I need to voice my concerns read more

Was in Mount Vernon biking & fishing and we decided to grab a quick pizza in between activities. Even though reviews weren't great, we decided on Little Caesars. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. It was the best pizza my hubby and I have had from anywhere in years!!! Our large classic pepperoni pizza was hot, delicious and cooked to perfection! I baffled now why the 1.9 rating but our experience far exceeded that score. Will not hesitate to go back when we're in the area again. read more

This location is one of the worst little Caesars I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly horrible and lazy. The owners should be embarrassed. read more

well I waited half an hour now for a pizza that was only supposed to take 15 minutes it just for the record you can only get them crushed between 4:00 and 8:00 came before 4:00 we don't do them before 4:00 hey later we don't do them after 8:00 what do they do. Okay now I waited a half an hour not 15 minutes and now they don't even have a pizza anymore they want to know if I wanted light sauce out these people should not even be in businessokay now I got the pizza it was burnt it was cold and it tastes like crap and when I told him that they said sorry that's how you feel this is got to be the worst pizza experience I've ever had in my life Now I'm going to call Marco's Pizza should have done that in first place read more

Tried getting cheese bread or crazy bread 2 separate days this week. The first day I was told they are under staffed and only are doing pizza. Second day I was told it was a 40 min wait for any breads. The location of this little caesars is prime, they could make so much money if managed correctly. read more

We've decided we are done with this place completely. About a month ago I attempted to go through the drive through at around 2pm on a Sunday.. I stupidly sat there for 15 minutes and the only cars that moved were the ones that gave up and left. I finally did the same. Then last night I needed a last minute dinner and decided to stop in but this time I went inside. I got quick service but the staff was scary. Super dirty looking and unprofessional. I was desperate so I still took the pizza but was only able to stomach one piece as I kept thinking back to the restaurant conditions. Gross. read more

Never have pizza ready even at adverted hot and ready times, either so busy can't get in or tonight not a single person in line and we were ignored employee acted like we were not even there. read more

This is probably the worst Little Caesars Pizza place ever!! Always a 20 to 30 minute wait just to order and then the hot and ready menu items are almost never hot and ready. Unfortunately this is the only one in this town. Poorly managed and the staff is almost always filthy. Highly recommend going elsewhere or paying the extra money for a great pizza across the street at Donatos. read more

Just want to say how great the girl was working the drive thru window yesterday afternoon. The cars were lined up and so were the people inside. She still managed to smile and wish me a good night! Heh management, maybe you could get her some help? read more

Idk what happened in the last few months, this place used to be on it. Now, im done. After coming here 3 years, I won't be back. read more
