The only Tomato Pesto I've had that would even be comparable was at Tony's restaurant in Disney World 20 years ago, and I don't even think it's on the menu anymore. An absolutely must try sauce. And they give you tons of it Salmon was perfectly grilled,flaky, moist and had a great, mild flavor to it. You got a nice big piece of it as well. It, along with the sauce, made for one of the best meals I've had in some time. I had some bites of my Dad's Cajun Style and the fish was perfectly blackened while being accompanied by another great sauce. You can't go wrong with the salmon. Our sever Connie was incredible.
