The service was less than perfect. The wrong pizza was made and we had to wait for the right one to be made. It's suppose to be hot and ready. I've become a favorite of this pizza and location. I hadn't had Little Caesars Pizza is years and years and always never thought too much about it since that time. It seems times have changed and after stopping one evening for hot and fresh; I took it home and much to our dismay it was so really tasty, cheesy and crisp crust; we were almost beside myself. The cheese was plentiful, sauce was good and crust was so good. Since that time we have been making a regular trip to this location. The staff always seems to be pleasant, clean cut and amicable in nature. Now with the order and contactless pick up option/portal; (you get a code when you pizza is completed and when you enter your pizza is in a little warmer and you enter your code and the door opens and you take your pizza and on your way. Each pizza we have had since December of 2020 has been up to par just as the 1st one we've had. I also enjoy thin crust and they have a good one if you like thin. read more

Ordered online it said pick up between 11:33-11:38 got here at 11:40 and they hadn't started making it yet. One guy working making pizzas, then jumping up front to help customers then going back to make pizzas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. There was 0 pizzas "hot and ready". Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday was given the wrong order, was told that my order was given out by accident and they took the two boxes they gave me after I went downtown and then gave them out to another customer. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to be redone read more

Well the manager at this location refused to make a cheese stuffed crust extra most bestest pizza. He stated that it HAS to come with pepperoni. I asked if they were pre-made with pepperoni and he said no! So make it without pepperoni and charge me same price! It is not rocket science! Some people do not eat meat/pork!! Substitutions should be made and usually it is not an issue. This Manager needs to get off his high horse and not be such a jerk on the phone to customers. I asked for his manager and was told there was not one. So then I asked for the # to the owner. Called and it seems that it is not correct.
