We suspect they are re-dropping fries that have already been cooked because they're very hard and stiff... Owners, you need to fix this! Also, the younger dark-haired guy that works the register barely opens his mouth even when spoken to and gives annoyed all the time. It's RUDE... Today when I pointed out the issue with our fries he just walked off and didnt communicate what steps he was taking. He also didn't acknowledge the problem with any sort of explanation or remorse - the expectation for good customer service... I HATE going here now. If it wasn't for my sister going, they wouldn't see me or my money again until they start treating US and OUR money like it MATTERS. We deserve quality food and good customer service like anywhere else, BESSEMER. Oh, and let's not forget the overpowering bathroom-like air freshener that the owner has set up in the lobby. It stinks and is a health hazard for people with allergy and respiratory issues.
