I was sitting in there drive through for 15 minutes and nobody said a word, I said hellow multiple times and honked to get their attention but nothing. I decided to pull up to the window and the staff said I need to pull up to the speaker. Do better next time. No duh, where else do you pull up. I ordered a pizza which they said would take 10 minutes and waited for another 15 minutes. "Hot and ready" I went inside to get some sauce and asked if they would comp one of the two I was getting and the employee acted like I was crazy. Waiting in your lot for a half hour and you can't comp $1 sauce is wild read more

This has to be the worst Little Caesar's location when it comes to customer service. It's a bunch of kids working there that would rather crank music and chit-chat instead of helping people waiting at the counter. Places get busy, I get that. When you have time to stand around and talk when people are waiting at the counter that's BS. Just the other day I went to pick up and order (i deliver for Uber Eats) and when I finally get someone's attention, they tell me it's a new item and it'll take about 10 minutes. No worries, I take a seat on the bench and wait. (I'm not one of those drivers that freak out if the food isn't ready when I show up). People come and go, and 20 minutes later I flag one of kids down and ask about my order. "10 more minutes" he says. Ok.. by now my delivery is late so my stats are going to suffer, and the customer will probably be too mad to tip. And I can't blame them really. Anther 10 minutes go by and a different employee happens to see me waiting asks what order I'm here for? He goes in back and asks, after a little debate we find out it's just sitting in the heated cabinet waiting to be picked up! Wow.. thanks guys! And this is just the latest instance. It's almost always like that. Two thumbs down! read more

I ordered a large pepperoni and some stuffed crazy bread for dinner. Knowing it is Little Cesars I was not expecting much. It showed up hot and tasted very good. I was very pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Nice work! read more

Little Caesars Pizza - This is the gross pizza I bought today! Yuck - Pizza Near Me - Albany, Oregon

Charge you $2.24 to take pepperoni off of a pizza. What kind of bull crap is that? I want less pepperoni so don't put more on it.

When we went to order we asked for 3 of the lunch specials. The guy at the speaker box said they don't sell those on the weekend. Yet, I can go online and still order them. So which is it? Either way between the employees all smoking out back and the lying I think we will stick to locally owned and operated businesses that are honest with their customers!! read more

Little Caesars Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Albany, Oregon

This pizza looks like it came straight out of the trash, was reburnt tossed back in the trash, and then taken out and put on the box. Not even cut. I had to rip it, but obviously I didn't eat it. Just did that to show it's literally not even pizza, nor is it even fit for human consumption. The location in Albany oregon is disgusting and I've had more bad experiences than good they have given someone with meat sensitivity pepperoni instead of cheese and refused to rectify it. They refuse to answer their phones, that's the only reason I'm leaving a review, because I hate the public shaming, but I guess If you're going to try to kill people with pizza you should be blasted. read more

My Grandsons 4th birthday was July31st. My daughter ordered sandwich trays from Fred Myers. They didn't fill the order!!( which she had an email confirmation for!) When she arrived to pick them up they said," Oh sorry we forget to fill the order!" So now what to do? We had 40 little kids showing up in 30 minutes for lunch! So she called Little Cesar's in Albany on Geary and talked to Tristen. She told him she needed 12 pizzas ASAP! He said " No problem!" They had them ready in less than 30 minutes and they were hot and fresh! You guys saved the day!! Thank you! You and your staff are amazing! read more

I would give no stars but that option is not available. I ordered online and when my order was 10 mins late I got an email saying my order had been canceled. So I call the number listed on the website and it is not a working phone number. My card was charged and I can not find any ways to contact little Caesar's to get my money back. I am very unhappy and will NEVER be a customer with them again. I will be telling everyone I know not to order from little Caesar's ! read more

Made an online order reservation to pick up for a party. The day of the party my daughter got sick so the party was canceled and we called to see if we could cancel our order. Long story short Megan, the manager on duty called around, even calling the owner of this location to see what they could do... she went out of her way to make phone calls and was kind to me about the whole thing. Not often the case in the food industry. Just wanted to thank her for not making a stink like most would and trying to please the customer. read more

Waited for 15 minutes while my wife was pregnant and only 1 car in front of us. They were handed 1 pizza after waiting for 1 pizza 1 pizza and that is unacceptable. I will be driving 9 days to their corporate office to put in a formal complaint. Have a nice day pizza. Amen read more

Ordered a $26 pizza with extra sauce, hardly received any on the pizza. Pizza was sort of warm but not completely cold and wasn't sliced even though I selected the option. Trouble paying online, store wouldn't accept payment over the phone. Found out they use Door Dash for delivery and driver either couldn't follow directions to my address or Little Caesars system didn't provide the full address. For the $6 in delivery fees, service charges and a $1 tip, I could have ordered a second hot and ready pizza....won't be ordering again. read more

Tonight we ordered our family's pizza as we normally do on our Friday or Saturday evenings. We ordered through the pizza portal and when we got to the store about 25 minutes later it was still not complete. My daughter went in, as she likes to get it herself, and came back out to the car saying the guy working in the store told her the order said it wouldn't be ready for another 15-20 minutes. That totals 45 minutes total for a pizza that claims they have "Hot and Ready" pizza. Not only that, about 8-10 cars drove through the drive through window, ordered and left the facility. I went into the store asking why when we ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza it takes 45 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I stated I would wait in our car and he uttered something to me as I exited the store. We went back in about 10 minutes later and the pizza was placed in the portal and he said rudely, " It is in the portal ma'am" and walked away. When we got home we got ready to sit down for dinner and when we opened the pizza boxes the middle of both pizzas only had dough (NO sauce, cheese, or pepperoni). Although we won't stop having our pizza nights, we most certainly will NOT be using this store any longer for both poor customer service and quality of their product. read more

I love this place. It's close, the food is good, and when you have an issue, they fix it. Will continue to return!

Lunch combo is never "hot and ready." If you're thinking about ordering one make sure you have 15 minutes to kill while they make it.

This was horrible. I just made a carry out order April 23rd, 2020 @6:10pm and when at the drive through to get the food( which was emailed by Little Ceasers saying they were "working with CDC to be safe and sanitary ") the person at the window was NOT WEARING GLOVES OR A MASK ! DISGUSTING AND NOT FOLLOWING THE GOVERNORS ORDER OR ANY CDC ORDER FOR OREGON. The supervisor pretty much said they can't do anything or refunds or nothing to make it better. They patched me up to customer service saying to call and talk to them but was on hold forever and got no response. Never again eating or ordering from here. I suggest you don't either because it is not CDC safe or sanitary that they make the dough etc with no gloves or masks on read more

ordered 2 pizzas at about 9:15 and it took them 25 minutes to get us the pizzas, and it wasn't even busy.I paid $14 for two pizzas, i got one undercooked and neither of them cut all the way through, if it takes 25 minutes to not even cook or cut a pizza then that's alright but every pizza place i've been to has been faster and COOKED, they also had 0 sauce, and seemed to serve everyone in front of me. read more

This is the only Little Caesar's shop that gets my order correct each time. The pizza is always fresh and employees are friendly.

Last time we got pizza here it was completely raw dough. The whole center was raw and cold. Disgusting.

We used to get the extra most bestest pizzas at the Lebanon Little Caesars, and we loved it. We ordered a couple here in Albany the other night, and they were awful. The crust was super thin, and there was hardly any cheese. You could see big patches of sauce where there wasn't enough cheese to cover, which definitely shouldn't be happening with an extra most bestest pizza. Between the lack of cheese and the pizza being so thin, when you picked a slice up toppings would just fall off. We ended up calling, and they said we could come exchange the pizzas, no apologies or anything. They said they'd throw fresh ones in the oven. My husband drove over there to exchange the pizzas, and they hadn't even started the new ones yet. The new pizzas still didn't have much cheese but the crust was thicker so they were edible at least. I was extremely unhappy. The quality of the pizza was horrible, the customer service wasn't great, and I I had a hungry toddler crying because his pizza toppings fell off. We will probably just go with Pizza Now or Dominoes the next time we want a quick, cheap pizza. read more
