I was sitting in there drive through for 15 minutes and nobody said a word, I said hellow multiple times and honked to get their attention but nothing. I decided to pull up to the window and the staff said I need to pull up to the speaker. Do better next time. No duh, where else do you pull up. This has to be the worst Little Caesar's location when it comes to customer service. It's a bunch of kids working there that would rather crank music and chit-chat instead of helping people waiting at the counter. Places get busy, I get that. When you have time to stand around and talk when people are waiting at the counter that's BS. Just the other day I went to pick up and order (i deliver for Uber Eats) and when I finally get someone's attention, they tell me it's a new item and it'll take about 10 minutes. No worries, I take a seat on the bench and wait. (I'm not one of those drivers that freak out if the food isn't ready when I show up). People come and go, and 20 minutes later I flag one of kids down and ask about my order. "10 more minutes" he says. Ok.. by now my delivery is late so my stats are going to suffer, and the customer will probably be too mad to tip. And I can't blame them really. Anther 10 minutes go by and a different employee happens to see me waiting asks what order I'm here for? He goes in back and asks, after a little debate we find out it's just sitting in the heated cabinet waiting to be picked up! Wow.. thanks guys! And this is just the latest instance. Just did that to show it's literally not even pizza, nor is it even fit for human consumption. The location in Albany oregon is disgusting and I've had more bad experiences than good they have given someone with meat sensitivity pepperoni instead of cheese and refused to rectify it. When she arrived to pick them up they said," Oh sorry we forget to fill the order!" So now what to do? We had 40 little kids showing up in 30 minutes for lunch! Made an online order reservation to pick up for a party. The day of the party my daughter got sick so the party was canceled and we called to see if we could cancel our order. Long story short Megan, the manager on duty called around, even calling the owner of this location to see what they could do... she went out of her way to make phone calls and was kind to me about the whole thing. Ordered a $26 pizza with extra sauce, hardly received any on the pizza. Pizza was sort of warm but not completely cold and wasn't sliced even though I selected the option. Trouble paying online, store wouldn't accept payment over the phone. Found out they use Door Dash for delivery and driver either couldn't follow directions to my address or Little Caesars system didn't provide the full address. Tonight we ordered our family's pizza as we normally do on our Friday or Saturday evenings. We ordered through the pizza portal and when we got to the store about 25 minutes later it was still not complete. My daughter went in, as she likes to get it herself, and came back out to the car saying the guy working in the store told her the order said it wouldn't be ready for another 15-20 minutes. That totals 45 minutes total for a pizza that claims they have "Hot and Ready" pizza. Not only that, about 8-10 cars drove through the drive through window, ordered and left the facility. I went into the store asking why when we ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza it takes 45 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I stated I would wait in our car and he uttered something to me as I exited the store. We went back in about 10 minutes later and the pizza was placed in the portal and he said rudely, " It is in the portal ma'am" and walked away. When we got home we got ready to sit down for dinner and when we opened the pizza boxes the middle of both pizzas only had dough (NO sauce, cheese, or pepperoni). I just made a carry out order April 23rd, 2020 @6:10pm and when at the drive through to get the food( which was emailed by Little Ceasers saying they were "working with CDC to be safe and sanitary ") the person at the window was NOT WEARING GLOVES OR A MASK ! DISGUSTING AND NOT FOLLOWING THE GOVERNORS ORDER OR ANY CDC ORDER FOR OREGON. The supervisor pretty much said they can't do anything or refunds or nothing to make it better. They patched me up to customer service saying to call and talk to them but was on hold forever and got no response. Never again eating or ordering from here. This is the only Little Caesar's shop that gets my order correct each time. The pizza is always fresh and employees are friendly.

Last time we got pizza here it was completely raw dough. The whole center was raw and cold. Disgusting.

We used to get the extra most bestest pizzas at the Lebanon Little Caesars, and we loved it. We ordered a couple here in Albany the other night, and they were awful. The crust was super thin, and there was hardly any cheese. You could see big patches of sauce where there wasn't enough cheese to cover, which definitely shouldn't be happening with an extra most bestest pizza. Between the lack of cheese and the pizza being so thin, when you picked a slice up toppings would just fall off. We ended up calling, and they said we could come exchange the pizzas, no apologies or anything. They said they'd throw fresh ones in the oven. My husband drove over there to exchange the pizzas, and they hadn't even started the new ones yet. The new pizzas still didn't have much cheese but the crust was thicker so they were edible at least. I was extremely unhappy. The quality of the pizza was horrible, the customer service wasn't great, and I I had a hungry toddler crying because his pizza toppings fell off. We will probably just go with Pizza Now or Dominoes the next time we want a quick, cheap pizza. read more
