It always comes undercooked. I don't mean to be that guy but every time I get this specific Item, it comes undercooked. honestly it's very frustrating because this pizza ain't free for you to be messing up every time. I haven't ordered from Little Caesars in a long time. It was one of my go to's back in California but I just favored other local pizzerias. However, I felt a hankering for their type, maybe all the commercials I've watched recently. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. Super easy to order online and order was ready when it was estimated - approximately. Worker told me to wait 2 minutes which is not a big deal at all. Rather wait 2 minutes than pick-up pizza that has been sitting for 15 minutes. Pan pizza was great for what it is, it's no Uno's but I'm not expecting it. Also they had a all veggie option. Bread sticks were great, others looked great - 3 meat and Hawaiian (no one has Hawaiian on the east coast). Fairly courteous. Covid controls in place with everyone masked. read more

Never had a problem. Prices are reasonable. Definitely try the higher priced options every now and again. Service is quick especially with the online ordering process and the pick up pods. I like the pizza. But the service seems like no one wants to even take your order. I saw another customer being talked down to as if customer asked them something outrageous, like a parent talking to this kid that did something wrong. Lastly my husband asked for sauce and she's like it doesn't come with it(attitude!), he said that's fine I understand, then he added another sauce and she rolled her eyes. I think I like the breadsticks more than the pizza. My experience is that the "Hot-N-Ready" promise is about 50-50. I've had to wait 10-15 minutes for "Hot-N-Ready." Just called yesterday and today, no one picks up. The manager gave me a free pizza, due to my comment, the pizza is doughie inside. I went to LC, yesterday. The five stars are for Mia (or mya? not sure how to spell her name) who made our cheese bread and cheese bread with pepperoni. I've ordered from this location any times in the past, and sometimes the breads don't have enough cheese on them or they are overcooked. And, sometimes the other patrons can be a bit rough....like spitting when they walk outside the door. BUT, Mia just made the most perfect, best cheese breads I've ever seen! Little Caesars is the #1 best of the 'trash pizza' category. While there's nothing upscale about them at all, that's good because they keep it simple: You give them money, they hand you pizza. My backhanded compliments end here. The staff at this particular location are friendly, professional, speedy and the location is tidy. I recommend this business for their good value and this particular location for both their cleanliness and perfect service. Their food is cheap but is consistently good. Ordered from here a couple of times. First time, everything was straight forward and I got my food pretty quickly. The second time, I ordered over the phone and I asked them for a total so I can bring in the correct amount when I came in. When I got there to pick up the pizza, Ravi, the guy that rung me up overcharged me by $4. When I told him the price I was given over the phone, he said the guy substituted onions for pepperoni for the $5 hot and ready pizza but wasnt supposed to. I order from here about 1 a month or so and have even had to wait for lunch specials. As far as the prices are concerned Little Ceasar's hits the mark when it comes to affordability, however, you get what you pay for. The pizza tastes pretty average and will run your digestion system for the next 8 hours with a very bitter ending if you catch my drift. The staff at the Leesburg location are friendly and fast. They usually don't prepare many hot and ready pizzas, but it only takes a few minutes for them to make them. First of all the 2 stars are based 100% on business practice, Little Caesars pizza rocks. The food is great and price is super cheap, nice employees and super fast service. Cheaper than any fast food in the area and tastes much better. Rivals CiCis prices, not unimited pizza but Little Caesars wont give you diarrhea 15 minutes after eatng it. Anyway back to the 2 stars. This place is a franchise so of course some of them suck more than others. This one is great when its opened but they like to make their own hours despite what the door says. No use telling people you're open until 10pm if you come by at 9:20pm and the doors are locked and the "open" sign is off. If a business doesnt even care enough to allow its customers to order during normal business hours, that shows that they do not deserve our business. Even tried calling while sitting in the parking lot and the phone just rang and rang despite 12 employees standing right next to it. Seems they are not interested in making money, just interested in getting off work early. If this is any indication of what's to come, this Little Caesars franchise will go under just as the last one did when it was first in Leesburg back in the 90s. VERY BAD SERVICE. I gave the girl at the register our order (hot n ready and crazy bread) and slid my card to pay. She didn't say a word to me and left me at the register without saying anything as she took another order. And then another order and another. When I asked what I was waiting on, she said "the crazy bread." Didn't even offer an estimated time. She should have said upfront that there would be a wait as I left my kids in the car thinking it would only take a minute to get the order. I told her that I needed to get something else instead because I can't leave kids in car and I didn't want to leave them in the car that long. She proceeded to complete orders of others (even those who were behind me in line and ordered the exact same thing as I did).... but never acknowledged that I requested to order something else in-place if my hot n ready and crazy bread. When she brought my order out, she didn't even say anything at all... wow! I don't think service could get much worse. Please train the employees good customer service skills. Was it the best in Leesburg nooooooo but it was not bad. It would be great if you have a house full of kids you need to feed or for a team party or if you are short on cash.
