Came in to pickup an order. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged even though there was another person being helped. When they were done the little girl in the bucket hat just walked away. I tried to use the box since the app said my order would be in there but it opened to an empty slot. I flagged down the employee & let them know the box was empty. They turned behind then grabbed my order slammed it down, shoved it towards me. I said "thank you very much!" Thinking maybe they were having a bad day. Ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust pizza, Crazy bread with sauce and an order of buffalo wings. Crazy bread and sauce was perfect. The Crazy bread was seasoned just right. Chicken wings were tasty! This particular pizza cannot be customized, but I still wanted to try it out. The pizza was good. I wish the cheese inside the crust was more stretchy like I saw with reviewers eating the same kind of pizza online. Also, I can see the crust seasoning at the bottom of the box. The pizza is good. It's made fresh every day. The sauce does not give me heartburn, which is weird because tomato sauce usually give me heartburn. Makes me wonder if this is real tomato sauce? I have been to this location several times this past year and I have never been disappointed. The customer service has been good, food has been above average from other locations. I normally stick with the pepperoni stuff crust, crazy bread, cheese bread or the buffalo hot wings, and they all have been really good. The store is what you expect, nothing fancy. when you call in to place an order to be delivered, your call gets sent to a call center where the employees barely speak English. the call center put the wrong address on my order, sent it to a Henderson NV store, and has door dash deliver to that wrong address. We visit this Little Caesars frequently and always enjoy the food, with the great prices keeping us coming back for more. However, we wish the location was better maintained. The surrounding area has a lot of graffiti and can sometimes feel a bit sketchy due to the people who frequent it. The service here is terrible...long waits to get your food even AFTER you receive an email that it's ready. Also, they continue to use the system that sends you a code to get into the self service holding rack but, whenever you try the number and the door opens up, your food is not in there...then you have to wait in line to let them know it's not where it's supposed to be.
