My husband ordered the Trio Omelette, which was a high-protein meal and absolutely yummy. The food was great, but what impressed us the most was the sense of community. We got there around 7 AM, and the server was running a little behind. The cook stepped in, took our order, and started cooking. Then one of the regular customers noticed we needed more coffee and kindly served us a second round. That really says a lot about this place. The locals were so friendly, the employees made us feel welcome, and you could tell people truly care about this restaurant. The good food will bring us back, but the people are what made the experience special. I love the small-town feel and the way everyone seems to look out for each other. The locals add such a beautiful touch to this restaurant. We will definitely be coming back!

We also got checked on 4 times by the cook and one of the servers, I was so impressed by the level of service for a pizza chain. In terms of ambiance, the place was super clean! They had 4 TVs with multiple forms of content so there was a little bit for everyone. There was a great kid area with arcade games, as well as an indoor merry go round. Our server had a ladybug painted on her face, and she let us know that every weekend they have someone come in to do face painting for kids! It also looked like they had leftover Halloween decor and I saw a sign saying "Cowboy Christmas" so it was great to see how involved this Mountain Mike's is in the community. It's a great place if you have two hours or no time limit at all.

Then We are told he can email higher up management to get us a refund which will take 7-10 business days. Our issue is if they knew they were not going to be making any food why were we not contacted so we could make other arrangements. I know you are probably just thinking we are mad and frustrated for no reason, but there was no notice that food was not being made or store was closed then we were lied to by saying they had no orders come in just to have him come out with a paper receipt of our order. And we have to wait 7-10 business days to see if a refund is going to be processed. Then we get home look at the app and we are still able to make an order so there is nothing letting people know the store is closed until they walk up to the door
