Our roof was damaged in the last big storm of early winter 2023. The previous roof was only about five years old and did not last through the high winds we had, which were not bad to begin with. We had used a different company that we have since learned took many shortcuts, and that showed in their pricing. Our contact, Joey Vidal, worked within our budget and with our insurance quote while providing us with high-quality products that we needed without giving us options that we didn't need. Once we agreed on the work, we were quickly added to their schedule, and the team arrived on the scheduled day. They spent a few hours on prep, removing gutters and shutters, then arrived the next day and began work. They stayed late and almost completed the job in one day, but needed to come back the next morning, completing the job in less than two days. The entire time, Joey kept us up to date via phone calls and text messages and provided drone pictures of the roof. Everyone we worked with was courteous and respectful of our time. After the work was complete, Joey and his son returned to scout around the perimeter of the house to look for errant nails and leftover material that may have fallen and not been cleaned up. The final step was a complimentary pressure wash of our driveway. This was much appreciated since we are unable to do that right now due to water restrictions. Once the work was completed to our satisfaction, we were presented with the final bill, and Joey even stopped by to pick up the check so I didn't have to drive to the office or drop a large check in the mail.
