We had already tried to troubleshoot and find replacement faucet parts ourselves with no luck, but Matthew immediately pinpointed the problem and knew exactly what was needed. He even checked the availability of the parts before starting to make sure the job could be completed that same day. He was efficient, polite, and great at communicating throughout the process. He arrived when he said he would, did excellent quality work, and even guaranteed both the labor and parts for a year, all at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with how smooth and easy the whole experience was. Highly recommend this company!

Second time they stated they wanted to charge me $84 an hour because they had a partner with them even though this was 2 holes on a ceiling and just a 1 person job. When I told him most of the time was waiting for it to dry and that I didn't want to pay for 2 people to wait, he said he understood and would go solo. He then tried to force me to accept a minimum hourly amount for each step of the task which was egregiously overstated. For instance, he wanted 3 hours of time to go buy paint. It's 10 minutes each way to the nearest sherwin williams or home depot and you are painting a 5 inch patch of space. Coincidentally, this total would end up about the same as the 2 man price he wanted me to do. It was really clear he was trying to change the pricing to a fixed bid and back into $250 for the job. I then informed him I was not okay with that and would only be okay paying the $42 an hour for the time he actually took to complete the job, he then stated he wasn't interested and called me unprofessional. He condescendingly called me "buddy" and tried to claim I was looking for "free work". So, if you want somebody to honor their quoted rate, hire anybody else. If you want somebody to low ball you and then try to invent ways to more than double the price by claiming additional workers or egregiously high timeframes for simple tasks, then go with this guy.
