She was very patient with me as I didn't know the address or phone number of the person who co-signed for my ring, so I had to make a few phone calls to find out that information. She was very nice and asked the gentleman behind the scenes who handles the rings my questions. He then came out to the front desk and examined my ring and finger to ensure the proper fit and fix.
