Our father died suddenly and unexpectedly on 5/22/26. With my brother's chemo and the funeral, he forgot to pay for his Nintendo Switch to extend it. Not only did he NOT get a courtesy call, you would think that the owners or some type of manager would have called and informed especially as a long-time customer stating the loan is in default. Not only did they sell the item within 7 days- no one called him. I would strongly recommend if you have to use them, please check the dates on your pawn loans. They do not have your back as a long time customer.
