This place is stocked with every kind of invitation or notecard you could possibly need--weddings,…read morebirthdays, luaus, baby showers, graduation parties...it's almost overwhelming. And overpriced. But, I have a weakness for, well shopping in general, but also for fabulous stationary. I've ordered invitations for numerous events here, and have always been satisfied with the outcome--even though my credit card hasn't. Customer service is great--there was once when a few invites had printing smudges on them, and they reprinted that same day and I had them within hours. They only charged me for half the invites too! I didn't expect that. There are plenty of places to go in Nashville to get cards and stationary, and this is just one of the many. But it's a good choice, and deserves at least a look before you place an order!

Nashville needs more stores like this. While I had hoped they had more supplies for papercrafts, I…read morewas not at all disappointed by what they do have. The ladies working there were very nice and they did give me a good lead on where to get bookbinding supplies in Nashville (which has not been easy!). They have a small store dog. I am not a huge fan of dogs, but their dog is pretty hard not to like. This is one of the few places in town that carries Snow and Graham wrapping paper, which is specifically why I visited. Otherwise they primarily cater to wedding stuff, baby stuff, and fancy stationary, but they do have some knick knacks and some lovely imported journals - enough to keep me occupied for a good 20 minutes.

The quality of the print is very poor in my option. It would have been nice if they gave me the misprinted copies just because they made me wait another hour but they didn't.

I went to this location on my break to return AT&T internet equipment. AT&T return instructions…read morestate that my equipment can either be returned to Fed Ex office stores or UPS stores without the need to pack or label the equipment. I entered the store at the Stones River location in Murfreesboro, TN. There was one person ahead of me. As I waited I noticed that there were 3 other employees standing around in the background. 2 customers walked in 3 minutes and 4 minutes after me and one of the employees went to their station to assist them. That employee never once asked 'who's next'! After that particular employee helped the 2 customers that came in behind me that employee asked me if I needed assistance. I said 'yes, I need to drop off my AT&T equipment. The person said we don't take those here...you have to go to a UPS store. I was confused by what the Fed Ex associate said so I went to the AT&T website to see the return instructions again...needless to say I was right and the person at the counter was wrong. I walked back in to the Fed Ex office store now already late for work and fuming a bit. A different employee asked if they could help me. I said 'yes' and went on to vent about the previous employee giving me wrong information causing me to lose my place in line and be late returning to work. This employee possessed my return. I asked this employee why the other employee seemed to be so inadequately trained? I didn't get a response. IMO the other employee was clearly in a delusional and imaginary state of mind that caused the employee to be more focused on perceived appearances than actual reality. Unfortunately this is a classic example of how most DEI hires perform...
