Stay away!!!! Had my vehicle brought in by a potential buyer for a pre purchase inspection. The owner of Lithium knew the seller which I found out later and falsely represent my vehicle condition and my buyer conveniently backed out of the deal. My buyer did admit he worked with Lithiums mechanic and staff closely to make sure he didnt have to take the car. These guys are crooks, to add they charged the potential buyer $170, usually this would cost $90. When i called Lithium they wouldn't give me a copy of the report but told me there was very minor issues and the car looked good. I ended up obtaining the report from my now long gone buyer and it read as if my vehicle was falling apart.. Here's the biggest point !!! I had the vehicle inspected two days before Lithium's inspection at a major franchised store and no issues where brought up. Im confident that a large dealership has more qualified staff than the little shop in the SE which acted so unethically. There are so many other places you can take your vehicle that are more secure and far more reputable. I have the two reports to prove it. read more

I was in a minor accident, which left me with more worries than the other guy! My hood become stuck...it was open but it wouldn't open up!! I was referred to Lithium and called right away. They answered the phone (which was amazing because most other places just let it ring) and got me in within a week. I went to my appointment today and was very pleasantly surprised! I was greeted in a very professional manner, my car was worked on right away (most places, I find, give you an appointment but it doesn't seem to mean much), and they did a whole check to see if anything else was wrong. They even fixed one of my wipers!! The shop is super clean and their waiting area was quite peaceful...good selection of magazines too!! I am pleased to know they also do other jobs such as tires...I will keep this in mind when it's time again!! Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly!! read more

I love these guys! I took my car here with a problem that most shops couldn't find let alone fix but decided to charge me for looking in any case. These guys were honest and extremely helpful. They were able to first diagnose the issue in a quick timeframe and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it. I was soo surprised at how attentive they were to me as a customer. I don't normally write these things but from the time my car got in to the time it was fixed I was so pleased. It's been a few months now and my car runs better than it did before. I live out in Canmore and make the drive specifically for these guys. I was recommended by one of my neighbours who does the same. I have never been to a shop quite like this before and now bring my families cars here too. read more
