I didn't look at it too much this time, since I figured it should be the same as my first experience. My fill only took 30 mins today, but I figured it was because my left eye had a lot of lashes left. When I got home and took a good look, I noticed how uneven it was. Not only that but there were so many lashes that were untouched!!! On both sides! It literally looks like how it would look when I'm ready to go in for a fill. I would rather sit a little longer or pay more to get fuller results. Instead I just feel like I got ripped off. Sad to say this will be my last time. Never again. I know everyone has their days but this was simply unacceptable and I felt rushed outta there. Note: these pictures were taken an hour after my appt

Linda did my facial, she was highly reviewed on the website and said she had many years of experience. Some of the tools she used left open cuts and scabs on my face above my lips and on my nose. The tools she used were very abbrasive and painful but I thought maybe thats what needed to happen for an extraction. I came home that night to find these cuts on my face and worse yet the blackhead I wanted out was still there she never even extracted it. I called to complain and they said she would have Linda get back to me but its been 3 days and no word. I spent $120 + a nice tip for this and the service left me with potential scars as my face is prone to dark spots. On top of that customer service and client support is not there. Terrible experience at this place would not recommend.
