I was with her, and hubby was across store looking at product. Mgr bee-lined to hubby, ignoring me, and spoke to hubby directly. I walked over to them and mgr continued to talk to hubby exclusively. Hubby finally looked at me, asked me a question and I spoke to mgr. He dismissively answered my questions and comments, but made it clear I was out of line. We left. BTW, mgr was clearly from a culture that did not acknowledge a woman's place in the public square. Too bad we never got the info we needed to see if they could do our job.

He stayed in contact with me and fought other contractors pricing. He broke down the charges to show me why his service would be better. He helped me and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with his help. They did my baseboards, carpet in my upstairs bdrms, tile in my bathrooms and new shower downstairs. They also did laminate throughout the house. It came out beautifully. I had custom tile floors edged with wood in my kitchen. The design was to be laid sideways and the installer decided it wouldnt look right and did it straight. I was available via phone during the install and the installer never asked me or said a word. Wood work was completed that day; however, when i got home i texted sammy and he quickly coordinated another time for the installers 2 come back and fix it. If I had questions or issurs.. Sammy was almost always responsive in a flash. The baseboard and carpet installers were wonderful. Angel was my shower and floor tile installer and he was magnificent. I gave 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 stars only because of the stain used on the custom floor in my kitchen. It was my design and I asked the installer if he could match the wood stain 2 the laminate thru the rest of my house. He said it couldn't be done as one was wood and one was laminate and encouraged me to just choose a color I liked. All the while during our conversation, he kept looking back and forth on his cell phone. I mentioned to Sammy and felt he sort of brushed it off... even when the baseboard fellow called 2 tell him it wasn't to my full liking. I had already paid the full service amount and since the whole house remodel took so long, I let it go and refinished the wood in my kitchen myself. I would recommend this company for ur flooring, baseboard or tiling needs.

Walked into store and got price on wood flooring product. I then had the older couple running the…read morestore come out to verify measurements and to quote for install. That's when the price of the wood flooring started going up in price. I questioned the older man about the price, because the price quoted in the store was much lower than the invoice price he sent me. He then sent me another invoice with a lower price, but still not the price provided in the store, even when taxes are figured into the amount. Overall, I think they try to sell you based on where you live and if they think you can afford more, then they will stick it to you. They bid one room sized 14x17 for engineered wood for cost of wood and installation of over 4 grand, compared to two others that bid both around 2,200 and 2,400 in costs to install and materials. I would highly suggest you comparison shop when dealing with this business. From the old man, I heard you did not take into consideration sales tax and I also heard - prices are going up, especially shipping. I suggest you do the leg work and get several bids and just not do business with this group. Save yourself the time and money both.......

After finally moving into our home we were surprised to find many bundles of wires and connections…read morethat we assumed went to speakers but couldn't really identify or trace. We knew we needed an expert to literally untangle the mystery and let us know what we needed for the system to function. HTOAB was quick to respond to my request and even quicker to get someone scheduled to come out and assess the situation. Many others that we spoke to wouldn't even set foot in our home without charging hourly fees. HTOAB not only came in and let us know what we had and what we needed for it to work, but they also offered many options and suggestions for our home. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and responsive always addressing all of our questions. Carlos was great and we decided to upgrade our living room system completely (connecting it to our outdoor speakers as well) and connect the theater room equipment. Even when we had issues with the existing equipment (nothing to do with their company) Carlos came back to trouble shoot until we were happy. Their work is extremely clean leaving you with audio perfection. We were surprised to also have app control of our equipment. I would absolutely recommend these professionals and we will be keeping them in mind for our future audio and automation needs.

The entire process took about a month due to rainy weather. My entire yard was trashed for that month. His workers were messy and used my flower pots as a trash, my outdoor furniture wasn't moved aside for projects and was covered with dust and dirt. They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob. I'm not sure if this was a new crew or what, but there was no "care" taken in their work. I constantly had to call Bob for these problems, which was pretty lame because that was why I was paying him. Overall the repairs I needed done were done but I will not use this company for future house projects.
