I believe in supporting local entrepreneurs because a thriving community is good for all. When I questioned this, he paused and then said, "It doesn't entail anything, I can just deliver it for you for free." Based on that, I told him I would go ahead and place the order the next day for the Friday service. The next day, I checked the website again and noticed all the prices had suddenly increased by $15. While that alone was frustrating, I still called to finalize the order. At that point, I was told to call back in an hour because he was busy. I proceeded to call back five times and even left a message. I never received a response. If I had not followed up and checked on the delivery, out gift would have stayed at the wrong hospital overnight. The driver should have double-checked when misdirected.
