Awesome experience I went to buy a gift for a friend for her birthday was looking for something you think unique and different around the $30 price range. They had a very good variety of different bourbons, etc. and that's exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly looking for one that they had online that was a gift pack, but they were sold out of that. So I ended up getting a different brand the way he was very helpful. She was kind she wrapped the bag and everything for me so it was really good. Nothing happened to it. I would go back there at several times if I needed other things. This place has a really nice wine selection and generally has most of the liquor I need (haha want...although with the way 2020 has been set up I'd say issa need!) Every time I go in the staff members are ALWAYS helpful and actually on the floor. Not to mention they play foreigner from time to time. I really like their order online in store pickup feature, which always has me in and out in fewer than 5 minutes and isna great way to minimize your time in the store. Whenever I had issues with my order the store always made it right, and Steve, the wine manager, went above and beyond to make up for it! I would defi it recommended this place. I was given a bottle of red for Christmas, and enjoyed it so much that after doing a search for it, it brought me to Liquor World in Franklin. The store is big and nicely laid out. I did struggle finding the wine that brought me here, but I was so excited when I found a Chianti that I absolutely love, and is extremely difficult to find!!! So happy about this, and there was only two left, so it shows it's popular! With some assistance I finally found the initial wine I came in for! Big thumbs up! Great price! Kid is a total moron. I asked for a wheat beer. Wanted to try something new. I said I wasn't into hops today. He had me try this "great wheat beer. No hops". I get home and this crap tastes like lagunitas IPA. I'm super annoyed. The words on the back say how much hops is in it and how they are organically grown. The logo on the can is even of a hops plant. I overlooked this because he was chatting and hyping this beer up so much. What a nitwit. read more

Tried this place out and the selection of beer seemed pretty impressive, lots of wine selections and two full aisles of liquor of all types. Sort of like the grocery store of liquor, prices seemed decent. Too bad the help here is lacking and has no real knowledge of beer or wine or liquor. Staff seems clueless and lacks customer service. In this area there are so many liquor stores, not sure I would make this my regular store. read more

I give it two stars because their wine selection is okay and some prices are comparable. BUT WHAT IS WRONG with their cashiers??! They are rude!, thats if they even speak....they IGNORE you..no thanks, no hello, no will that be all...they are busy usually talking to the other cashiers..AND THEY ARE GROWN MEN!? Customer service under the new ownership is terrible. Standing upfront to checkout and had to wait for the guy behind register to stop texting on his phone. They have wines on special a lot. It appears as if when there are only a few bottle left of a particular wine, they table them near the front of the store and slash the price to make room on the shelf. I've gotten some really excellent wines very cheap from that table. As mentioned before, the wine selection is huge, and the beer selection only big. Some nights they have wine tastings. They have store brands of the hard stuff for mixing cheap drinks. I pass a few other liquor stores to come here because the prices are consistently a little better than elsewhere, and the selection is really good. read more

Terrible customer service, rude and don't want to deal with anything if it's "not my job." Placed online order for store pickup, unlike reputable liquor stores around Boston, these guys jam in the charge on the spot and if you don't pick up, they don't care, they just bank the charge. Years ago this was our go-to liquor store. As large a store as it was, the staff were always knowledgeable and super helpful. We were so sad to learn it was sold, and our fears were confirmed--new management stinks! Keep standing behind the counter, texting on your phone, mumbling to customers and not helping them when they ask you direct questions. You'll be out of business soon enough!! There are other amazing liquor stores in this town with that small town feel and service!! read more

Decent place. Wide variety of beers and wines. Only down fall is its in a busy parking area and getting out on to 140 is tough.

The wine selection is pretty extensive here, and the beer selection is OK, but the actual liquor selection is kind of pathetic. The prices are good though, and you can buy your beer pre-chilled from the cooler. I only gave the place 4 stars because the last time I was there I got followed around like I was some underage kid trying to shop-lift some booze. Not cool. read more

Yes they have a big space therefore more choice in selection. As the only person in the store an hour before closing it was surprising I was never approached as I went back and forth between the refrigerated and unrefrigerated beer looking for a particular brand purchased (I had been told) at this store. As I approached the register I heard the apparently younger of the two employees mutter something about "find it grandma". I said "Excuse me?" He said "oh nothing". I asked about what I was looking for and was asked "what is that?" "Harpoons newest year round offering, Take Five." Oh no we don't have that. " Do you have this (pointing to my six pack of Saisson) cold?" "No" the muttering clerk took my money and placed my penny change into their penny dish. Without making eye contact again, he said "You all set?" I will never set foot in this store again. Rude and uninterested in their customers. I will take my sizable beer/ wine budget to a different Franklin liquor store. I have always been treated well at Franklin Village Mall. read more

Great selection of Wine as well as hundreds of Craft beers. Their chilling service will chill any bottle in the store in 6-8 minutes. Friendly staff. Great prices, with many items on sale regularly. No need to go anywhere else. read more
