There were no other visitors except for us. We walked up to the counter and were not received as expected. The server was not mean but not friendly either. Didn't ask questions. Just put the menu in front of us. We ordered 2 flights, he just poured and didn't tell us which glass was which meade. Again, not a huge deal but does set somewhat of a precedence. The meade itself was outstanding! It's not quite wine but not a beer either. It almost resembled kids fruit juice that had been spiked. There really wasn't one I didn't like. Some other comments talked about the lack of noise. There is no music playing, it's just quiet so anyone can hear your conversation. No pets or kids are allowed, free wifi is available.

We really enjoyed the wine flight, especially the last two selections--they were our favorites. We loved the pomegranate red so much that we bought two bottles to take home. My mom even said she would prefer to do that in future years vs. going back to the club! It was a very affordable option for Mother's Day but we liked supporting a local business. It also felt more intimate and carefree, not to mention an easy commute & parking situation from where we live. I think the only thing that would make it a perfect 5/5 Star brunch would be bigger forks, add knives, more napkins, & smoother ordering process. We were first timers at the winery so we didn't know what our tickets got us. Really the offering for Mother's Day brunch is on point & some small logistical improvements would really make this a perfect outing. I'd been dying to come to try their wine so this was a great way to be exposed to the winery. We hadn't known that ordering a mimosa meant buying a whole bottle of champagne but after trying their "Indulgence" my mom & I agreed we would get that everytime. They also provide a great plate of food for the ticket price that won't have you leaving hungry. The staff were also lovely. Looks like I'll be coming back soon since my husband who couldn't join us says he wants me to take him to their regular Sunday brunch.

My sister ordered a glass of red wine and the barrata, which was very good. We then headed to Angelo's in the bar area for oysters, which were also good. For the two of us, 4 drinks, 2 apps, cheese bread, and 8 oysters we spent a little over $100 total... not bad! Great ambiance and good service as well. I'd recommend Carboy and Angelo's for a light, casual, meal for two.

Beautiful grounds, with such great outdoor seating and things for kids to do as well. The owner was outside when we seated ourselves, and he shared his story and told us a bit about the winery. His wife came out to ask us about tastings , which they do for free! All 12 on the list. The reds were better, I'm just not a white drinker. The whites I was told were sweeter. Pretty good pours too! Great to try so many. The Syrah was my favorite. The price of the bottle was only $21. I got a glass as she gave me so many tastings. We bought a bottle too. They also give you little snack bags which was a nice gesture, little crackers. Inside they had some little gifts things, cute stuff.
