Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My sister in law and I walked in; I didn't have a mask on because I didn't have one, but my sister in law did and the person running the store would still not sell to her even though she was buying. I asked the guy at the cashier why he won't sell to her and he completely ignored me acting as if he didn't hear me and didn't say anything so I'm assuming that he didn't sell to her because I didn't have a mask on, funny thing is, one of his own employees didn't have a mask on as he was stocking the shelves so I didn't understand why he was making it a big problem. We would've been out of there in 3 min. I didn't mind waiting outside, but I didn't even get the opportunity because right away he chose not to sell to my sister in law who had a mask on. The guy at the front asked if we needed help, we said no we are looking. He then pointed out this $10 bottle of Vodka. Ok.. thats cool but we wanted some good stuff. After about 10 minutes of looking he told us that we either need to buy something or leave. I thought he was joking, but he was serious. He did a complete 180 on us from being helpful to being a complete ass. He said he was tired of watching us. I didn't even know we were being watched. He also said he was the owner, Mario. They do have a wide selection but his attitude caused us to leave. I will never go back. They special order a hard to get 25 year Zacapa Rum XO and I got it less than a week. I will definitely come back and buy from them again. Shitty experience here tonight. I usually love coming here and have spent quite a bit of money at liquor mart. I got Gin and wanted club soda but they didn't carry it. I saw tonic water and asked the employee if he knew what the difference between tonic water and club soda was. He tells me "they're just different brands" so I buy it. I get home to find out that tonic water has a shit ton of calories and sugar and club soda has none. I call to see if I can return it since I was there 10 minutes prior and I'm told I can't return it. Really? I'm not trying to return the alcohol! Ridiculous. Overpriced too. This place is pretty great. They have a great selection. Tons of different beers. Best price I've seen on pinnacle vodka. And all kinds of liquors and regular drinks as well. Some of there's things I've seen cheaper at other places. So defiantly can be a bit pricey. But I guess beats not finding what you need or driving all over and paying just as much or more on gas.
