He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. He had me fill the tub to its proper level of water. Suddenly it started leaking. He located the problem and fixed it I very highly recommend David for any of your spa needs.

For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Our contractor in our community was Travis Jung for some years . Our board decided to change due to the expense Travis was charging our community. Our Property Manager CPM provided Travis 30 days notice. Unfortunately, upon receiving his 30 day notice he quit on the spot . At that time he notified CPM that he must come to the community and pick up his pool chemicals and items. Our community board requested that when Travis came to the community to pick up his belongings that it was request requested to contact one of our board members so that we could be there. Unfortunately, this did not happen and he arrived at a time of his choosing without contact contacting anyone in this community. In addition, he unplugged the pipes and turned off our pumping system and the power was off making it impossible for me to go into the spa. I live in an HOA. run community managed by CPM so I'm sure they work with them all the time . So I am appealing to both CPM and the greater community to not hire an individual that would destroy your property if he does not like the news he is delivered.

We had 3 people come out and say it needed replacement. It didn't set well with me so I was referred to Flannery's Pool Service. Sean came over same day!! Did you hear me!?? Same day. I was lucky he was in my side of town and was able to come over. Immediately he felt like part of the family. He assessed the problem and said I can fix it. I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I recommend them and I will schedule them again to care of my Jacuzzi!

Westside…read moreinitially provided a proposal for all new cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. As our budget did not accommodate cabinet replacement, Westside then provided an alternate proposal for repainting the existing maple cabinets, which we did instead, with an excellent result. We selected the new countertops from samples in their showroom, then shopped on our own for the tile backsplash, all new appliances and fixtures. Westside was very flexible in allowing us to be hands-on with the process and our selections. For Clients who prefer more creative guidance, Westside offers in-house design services. Jonathan and the entire Westside team were exceptional in their care and concern for the Client. Further, their various tradespeople were friendly and competent without exception. Importantly, they also finished within budget and estimated timeline. Although we have held off painting the kitchen walls and restoring the floor tile pending completion of other work planned for our home, we have already settled into our "mostly new" kitchen.
