She requested some blood work which i got done and results were in a day after my visit. This provided me considerable peace of mind. And within 2 days it was clear that nothing terrible was amiss. Just a muscle pull. Thank you so much to Elfie Wagner, APN.

Initially, I saw Dr. Resciniti for different symptoms I was experiencing and felt heard. Unfortunately, by my second appointment, I got the response that my bloodwork was fine and I felt very dismissed. After several months (&visits) and several of their physicians/nurse practitioners just offering to do the same tests/same bloodwork, I decided to get a second opinion. Found out I had celiac after just one round of bloodwork from another doctor. I had all of the symptoms of celiac, yet they failed to test for it, let alone even mention it as a possibility, or even ASK about my diet. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on out of pocket expenses and 13 months of suffering because of that one oversight. More importantly, they wanted to prescribe me medication for anxiety that was unnecessary, because they misdiagnosed me. Also tried to schedule sick visits on numerous occasions since and found that they couldn't even do that for me, EVER, leaving me to visit urgent care centers and incur more out-of-pocket expenses. The most recent attempt to make a visit was my last straw. After calling 4 times, I finally got through to someone and asked to make an appointment. Their response was "We have one doctor in the office and no appointments, sorry." Don't waste your time or money here.

I'd never had perfect skin and would wear full coverage make up everyday. After scouring the internet, I found Fresh Face and Eye on Instagram and reached out for an appointment. They set me up for an in office consultation once they reopened in June (they were closed due to COVID). Dr. Purewal is super knowledgeable and attentive. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. I really appreciated that she wasn't pushy about the procedures. I signed up for a BBL Photofacial package and asked for a teeeeeny bit of Botox. I got the first of three BBL photofacials done the same day of my consult; followed by Botox. I was thankful they could squeeze me in the same day, as Chatham is out of the way for me. Both procedures were painless and actually quite relaxing During and following the procedures, Dr. Purewal and Heather took care to provide me detailed after care instructions. Heather also followed up multiple times via text message to make sure I was healing alright and that I was happy with the results. I saw results instantly but, two weeks later, my skin looks amazing. The best it's ever been since before I hit puberty lol. To the point that now I just wear tinted moisturizer, and a little dot of concealer here and there. And this is only after the first session!! I'm looking forward to the next two sessions to see what my skin will look like then :D

I made an appointment then afterwards had a gut feeling I didn't want to go there. Well I was so right. I understand that there's a consultation fee to hold the appointment, and if you don't show up, you don't get your money back. But consultation fee and then cancelling Weeks before the actual appointment and NOT getting your $250 back is Fraud. I made the appointment 30 minutes later changed my mind as I did more research, called to cancel my appointment and get my $250 refund and they totally took my money and said NOPE. So they get to keep my $250 for fun, I am not going to my appointment in 5 weeks from now. Monica just took my card info processed everything SO fast in the most money hungry way possible and won't give me my money back. Sketchy

Touchpoint is one of the few brick and mortar physician practices that have not been bought out by Summit Health or Atlantic Health yet, and as a result, I was actually able to have my kids be seen on the same day for a sick visit (you just have to call early in the morning for one) and on two occasions, my kids were seen on a Sunday because the on call doctor was following up with my kid from an ER visit, and on the other occasion my son was very sick so the doc let us come in for a strep test. As for the comments that complain about form charges...completing forms takes extra time at the end of a physician's day. Pediatricians are already reimbursed very poorly by insurance companies. You are paying for their time at the end of the day to complete all those irritating school forms. In all my 16 years with Dr Shaw and her team, I have never had any problems with rudeness with the staff. The staff always followed up with me appropriately. The doctors were always thorough, kind, hardworking, and smart. To just complain about the cost of forms and the front desk is not a fair or balanced assessment of this practice.
