They NEVER called me back. I went to Home Depot and rented the equipment I needed to install it myself. I had no experience in sinking anchors into a concrete slab but it wasn't too bad with the right tools and I saved a ton of money. I can't recommend a business that won't keep a commitment as small as a call back.
