I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and how professional the whole experience was from the start. When Dave arrived, he was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The problem seemed difficult and stressful to us, but Dave handled everything perfectly. He took the time to look over the doors, figure out what needed to be done, and made sure the locks and doors were working the way they should. He was patient, efficient, and did a great job explaining things in a way that made us feel comfortable. On top of the great service, the price was very reasonable. It is not always easy to find someone who responds quickly, does quality work, and charges a fair price, but that was exactly our experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help with locks, doors, or home security. Dave did an outstanding job, and we are very thankful for the service we received.
