Called multiple times to get a quote for someone to install a floor safe. The gentleman on the phone said the person to give the quote wasn't available and we will call you back. They NEVER called me back. I went to Home Depot and rented the equipment I needed to install it myself. I had no experience in sinking anchors into a concrete slab but it wasn't too bad with the right tools and I saved a ton of money. I can't recommend a business that won't keep a commitment as small as a call back. read more

So far, I have heard excuses but no solution to my problem with the lady having to advertise about duplicate keys that say do not duplicate. Making it sound like it is my fault that you have a lady working there that has to be rude and telling people that she will make a duplicate even if the key is stamped (Do Not Duplicate) I took my business to the locksmith on Stockton Hill Rd. because of this. I am happy there with no one to give me a hard time as a customer. read more

I needed two keys cut and the remotes programmed .. I went to the office and spoke with a "Zack" .. when I called they said yeah come in we can help you! So i did and when i got there they looked at my oem remote that stopped working for some reason .. they kept saying we can order you remotes and cut the keys but our remote will not have the honda oem logo on the back .. and we can not guarantee they will work.... (they kept saying this to me) Which made me feel like OK ... ya know... lol .. because its not my car that is broken its the remote .. but that was hinted to me like that would be the issue if they do not work over and over again .. but I wanted OEM remotes because those always work the best ..I showed them to him and he was like yeah go ahead and order them ..so i did came in and they cut the keys programmed both remotes .. Locksmith came back was ringing me up and goes yup everything is good .. After paying $125 i went out side tested them and everything was working except the one button for the trunk!! other Locksmith was kinda like o well nothing we can do buddy Sorry about that .. but do you see the problem here ? We moved to Kingman about a year ago and we needed a few gun safes fairly quickly. Unfortunately NW Lock did not have the safe size we wanted in inventory (although they could have ordered them in). Due to our time constraints, we ended up purchasing the safes through one of the local big-box stores. We still needed to get the safes moved and NW Lock was happy to pick up and deliver the safes, even though we did not purchase the safes through them. The delivery of those safes were timely and hassle free, and the guys were great. After living in Kingman for about a year, we moved to a more permanent place, and we needed just a little more safe room. So, back to NW Lock where we worked out a great package price for an additional safe, delivery of that safe, and to have the "old" safes moved to the new home. NW Lock came through again with their excellent communication throughout the process, on-time delivery, and friendly service. Exceptional service. Got them as a referral, as the company I was using no longer did locksmith services. Went to the office, met a manager and explained what I needed. He actually dispatched the team to my house the same day. All I needed was to rekey a lock so I just need to use on key to access all doors. While I was there, they have a show room full of safes, fire extinguishers and other home safety measures. A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude "I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys." I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude.
